I was pretty disappointed in my recent visit. When I booked it, I was contacted to ask what it was for. I said I wanted to do some blood work for hormone levels. I show up and see the doctor very briefly (my visits here always feel rushed but there are so few female doctors in Austin, I know) just to be told I can just walk in any day M-F 8am-12:30pm for lab testing. Today I walked in and they didn’t have someone there to do the test. They sent me downstairs to another lab, but that lab couldn’t tell me what was covered in my insurance. I tried to call my insurance company to find out since I had taken the time to drive up here, but it was taking too long. I called the doctor’s office back later to see if someone could do the lab tomorrow and they said they don’t know; you have to call the day of to confirm if someone will be there. This would’ve been good to know since it was an hour out of my work day wasted.

I was referred by a friend to this office, called 48 hours in adavnce and left a voicemail to reschedule, which was never returned. Then once I called again, I was met with unnecessary attitude by the front desk woman, who heavily sighed during the entire phone call. I let her know at that point I’ll find another doctor, to cancel my appointment. The next day I got a notification that the appointment was still valid, called AGAIN and was met with attitude from the same woman, who argued that the appointment was cancelled and that the text was invalid. Didn’t even see the doctor but the front office is awful and rude so not even worth it!
