Ralph Hadley is a Physician Assistant (PA), Athletic Trainer, and Strength Conditioning Specialist at Victory Medical. He divides his time between the offices in Westlake and South Austin.
Ralph earned his Bachelor's in Physician Assistant Studies from George Washington University and holds a Master’s in Sports Medicine from Ohio University. He has been with Victory since the doors opened in 1996. Trained in family practice, urgent care, and orthopedics, his true passion lies in sports medicine. His varied duties include treatment, rehabilitation, conditioning, and first aid for athletes with sports injuries.
He believes the state of your health is always more important than the score of your last game. Ralph works hard with his patients to ensure athletes are in top form before returning to their sport. He takes great care to administer effective treatment and rehabilitation for optimal long-term results.
Proud to be part of a practice where different types of medical expertise are available under one roof, Ralph embraces a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare. He is dedicated to helping people actively engaged in sports maintain strong and healthy bodies for life.
Ralph enjoys supporting Archer’s Challenge, a charity started by his son Archer, who was born with Cerebral Palsy. He was also a Boy Scout leader for Archer and his youngest son, Richard, both of whom achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. An avid Texas Longhorn fan, Ralph spends as much time as possible refereeing high school football games. He recently designed his own “Go See Ralph” T-shirts and welcomes patients to his care.

PA Ralph Hadley went out of his way (I was a walk-in patient) was quick to assess my situation (from a bad fall) , explained what he was going to do and completed the task (of setting a dislocated finger) quickly and professionally. He also called back after hours to discuss x-rays. Highly competent and went well beyond expectations to treat my "urgent care" situation. Also found another issue with my hands that he referred me to a specialist for.
