It was fine - went in as the first appointment of the day at 8am. But the doctor didn't get in until 8:40ish. I understand getting backed up during the day but I think getting in first thing in the morning should be a fair expectation. When he arrived he was very professional and thorough with a good sense of humor.
I'm basically a zealot for punctuality.
