COVID times are strange, but doctor could have communicated as to what the patient has to do after finishing up the appointment.: e.g. go home. no need for discharge papers. But, it was a good appointment and the doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. Appreciated that.

He listens...imagine that. I had violent headaches with no known cause. I carefully described my symptoms including location of pain, duration and strange fact that they came at roughly the same time each day. He prescribe a course of treatment that might help without a guarantee. I followed directions and I am no longer bothered. Had his initial diagnosis failed, I felt sure he would work with me to identify options.
