About Donald Renzo
Hi, I’m Don Renzo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care. I’m currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), which allows me to stay deeply engaged in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and the latest advances in patient-centered care.
I’ve spent years caring for patients across the lifespan, from fast-paced emergency settings to outpatient and preventive care, which has shaped my practical, no-nonsense approach to healthcare. I believe great care starts with listening. I take the time to understand your concerns, explain things in plain language, and work with you to create a plan that actually fits your life—not just a checklist.
My clinical interests include acute illness and injuries, chronic disease management, preventive care, men’s and women’s health, and health optimization. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about your next steps. Whether you’re coming in for something urgent or focused on long-term wellness, I’m here to partner with you and help you feel your best.
Cash Pay Pricing:
PriCare Health offers transparent cash-pay pricing for patients without insurance or for those who prefer not to use insurance. Office visits are $249.00. All pricing will be reviewed with the patient before services are performed.

PriCare Health requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee.

I have never done a virtual appointment and I’ve had a provider for the last 6 1/2 years, and I found myself needing one and it was quite difficult with my schedule. This was such a pleasant experience, it felt very personal, I felt very heard and seen in my experience and that was extremely important to me. I felt like it was the perfect thing for all of my needs in this area and I’m super grateful. He’s extremely professional, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable, and I was so thrilled by that.

Pretty sure they remodeled the bathroom. Don’t go there absolutely no help. My ankle has a torn ligaments and they didn’t even provide a walking boot. The entire time I felt very uncomfortable
