Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed during my appts with Dr. Rittmann. She listens and answers questions in a way a non-medical person can understand.
I came in using a walker.. the receptionist ask me to sit and she brought the paperwork to me.. Also came back to pick it up upon completion.
