The doctor was very kind and had a professional bedside manner. The experience was very pleasant. My only complaint would be the front office staff. The receptionist was somewhat rude. I called the day of my appointment to re-confirm and give my insurance information. She insisted that my phone number did not work and that I should give her another number to call. I told her this is the only number that I have. She still insisted that I give her another number. Finally, she said she will call me back to tell me how much my copay would be. Of course, she didn't. Also, when I had a question about my benefits while in the office she was very curt and brushed me off. I told her that she was being extremely rude. I think the doctor should consider having her replaced.
