Patient reviews for Dr. Linda Zhang
Staff is good. Clinic is good. Doc is also good. This is my second visit. Nurse did a good job in talking and taking the basic tests. She took a decent amount of time with me. But, doc is very fast. Didn't spend much time and very fast. Completed in 4 mins. She is in kind of rush it seems. I felt...she should have spoken with me slowly and ask for all details.
She did not even bother to listen or understand my problem. She was eager to wrap up things and refer me to a different doctor. Did not even check my eye powers. Aweful experience. Would not recommend her to anybody.
It was Great! Dr. Zhang is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I did not have to wait. I was helped right away.
That's was great service fast and fun in and out thank you!
She listened, understood my problem and explained the best treatment.
Team is good, Ms Zhang answered alll my questions with patience. She explained me on what she is going to check in my follow up visit next month and am happy with her approach
Great doctor! Friendly communication and very easy to talk to. Talls with you not at you like some doctors...Bedside manner was superb! I feel confident that my eyes are under the care of a competent and caring physician. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zhang to my family and friends!
She listens me fully and then did all the check up throughly which is a good quality for a doctor... even the nurse and the receptionist are too good.. I will recommend this doctor for sure..
Very thorough and compassionate.
Dr. Zhang was very professional, and took the time to answer questions about overall vision and possible cataract surgery.
Dr. Zhang was very knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain her concerns and what measures could b taken. The staff was kind and professional.
Dr. Zhang was awesome. She spent a good amount of time with me and answered all of my questions. The office staff were very friendly. No wait time. Very happy with my visit.
Professional office from checking in to prep nurse to doctor.
Very satisfactory experience. Wait was about 25 minutes. ZocDoc was extremely helpful for this appt as I barely had to fill out anything when I got to the office. All staff members were friendly and professional. Dr. Zhang is straightforward and thorough. I did not feel rushed. Location of the office is convenient if you’re coming from 287. All in all, a very good appt.
She was very straightforward, professional, and had excellent bedside manner. I will definitely see her again.
Thorough and professional!
Dr zhang was very nice and friendly..
Very comforting and informational
It was a good visit. The staff and the atmosphere of the office was professional. The Dr was good and very straight forward. The tech was warm and engaging.
My visit with Dr. Zhang went very well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and I did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Zhang and her assistant before I saw Dr. Zhang, were both thorough. The doctor took the time to answer some of my questions regarding my vision as related to diabetes. Overall great visit.
The personnel was very helpful and nice. I'm glad I found this practice
Dr. Zhang was excellent! She was very thorough and explained everything. I was very happy I chose The Eye Center! They had a variety of times and locations available to choose from! The only recommendation I would make is to wait and fill out the paperwork at the office because it didn't transfer from the Zocdoc website. I had to fill the forms out again in the office. The ease of scheduling the appointment on Zocdoc was amazing! I will definitely recommend Dr. Zhang and The Eye Center to my friends and colleagues!
I like very much I jus waited for 2 min examine me & Doctor came and check good she s very professional
The staff and the doctor were very professional and efficient. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
The office staff was professional and courteous and my wait wasn't long , maybe 20 minutes total. Dr. Zhang was very pleasant and extremely thorough. She confirmed that my vision was good and was firm on the fact that I shouldn't get glasses until I really needed this week them. To me this shows that she actually cares about her patients. I would recommend this doctor.
Pleasant experience each time...excellent bedside manners.
The staff was excellent!!! they made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the registration process. In the waiting room, again, the staff showed their professionalism by being courteous and patient with the examination process. The Ophthalmologist , she was knowledgeable, informative, and clear in defining the issues pertaining to my visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this professional group of caregivers; from the gatekeeper (paper processor) right through the consultation process.
I thought she answered all my questions and was very professional
Very professional. Very patient. Took the time to explain herself. Did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend.
I have horrible experience here. We couldn't find the place so we called them to ask about direction. The lady who answered the phone was kind of rude. When we walk in side the lady at front desk who asked me the information also kind of rude. It was not a good impression at all. I told them I already check in my information at Zocdoc they said I don't have it so I have to fill out the form again. The doctor spend time with me less than 10 mins. I absolutely not come back here again
As soon as i got there I was taken into a patients room, there was no waiting time at all. The doctor was prompt and took her time with me. She was very kind and explained everything that she was concerned about which made me understand. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
This was my first visit. The front desk staff did not make a good impression on me. The lady was almost too professional. For example, she asked me for my secondary insurance card. And Im rooting through my pocketbook and I said "now your asking tough questions" kidding around and shes like, "well Im just trying to save you money. Ok, whatever. So, I sat down then the ladies behind the desk are discussing someone who has cancer. Not a comfortable thing to listen to, I lost my mom a few months ago. But, once I got into the office proper, the doctor and her staff were awesome. She took her time, did a thorough exam, told me what she saw and her thoughts. Gave me ample time to ask questions. So, yes, I would recommend her
The office is was clean, the staff was friendly and professional. Dr Zhang was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
Filled out all forms online and they are not at the doctors office and had to refill out.
The doctor was very professional she explained everything to me and was very caring. I truly found the visit excellent
