Everything was great! Didn’t wait too much, definitely less than 20 minutes. In 20 minutes I was done with everything for my CDL Medical! Very polite, with a smile on her face and very professional! Thank you very much!

I really disappointed at how long the wait was, and was ready to start complaining right about when I was called in. They don't respect appointment times if there's a long list of walk-ins, which is frustrating.
However, Alma was great. She knew exactly what was wrong, asked all the right follow-up questions, and checked with me before prescribing any treatment. She was clearly a bit rushed, but took the time to make sure I understood what I was in for with the diagnosis.

Do not see this doctor if you've suffered from an eating disorder, she will encourage disordered eating. The appointment was incredibly triggering and messed me up for days.

She was very thorough during my yearly physical and was quick once we were in the room but she wasn't very warm. Without really being aware of the stigma of the word she called me "obese" given my height/weight. Now, I understand I am clinically in that category, but it's a new thing and I'm actively working on it. She just didn't have any sensitivity around it.
She then told me all i care about is being young (i'm 28) and having fun since I don't take a multivitamin every day.
I also arrived 20 minutes early and sat for 2 hours in the waiting room until I was shown a room.
All that said, the nurse who took my blood and did my vitals was lovely and apologetic!

When I searched physician through Zocdoc App I asked for any physician who accepts Medicaid. But after the visit when I asked for the revised visit they said she no more takes Medicaid. In that case I wonder who's gonna pay for this visit. The app should have informed me the changes the physician made as far as insurance is concerned.

She and her staff were very friendly. Not a long wait time either. Only problem I had was that my HSA card was not accepted and I had to pay out of pocket (something to do with how her office is listed under and therefore not recognized as a doctor's office by HSA).
