“I booked an appointment with an allergist on Zocdoc and it was meant for me to get an allergy test done. While they saw me quickly, the staff was nice enough for me to consider returning and took the time to explain to me that they only do blood tests, the information zocdoc provided was incorrect. I wasn’t able to get done what I needed. ”

The office walls and desks were dirty. They were unprepared for patients. I was the only patient. I was never seen by doctor after an hr. I left because I didnt feel medically safe. It was an ill put together office. The last straw was when the nurse asked me to come into the room to take vitals and then asked me how tall I was and how much I weighed. I told her that this is something she is supposed to tell me. I then asked her where the scale was and she said in the hallway but didnt proceed to take me there. When she was unable to take my BP with an electric machine after 3 tries, I told her to give me my paperwork and I didnt feel medically safe. Her bedside manner was horrible and it felt like a makeshift office. I wouldn't suggest the office for any reason.

When I arrived there, the front door of the building was locked. I called them to ask how to open the door, a guy said enter the code, but it didn’t work. I tried to call them again, nobody answered the call (only 1 minute after the first call). I waited for 10mins, a gentleman helped me open the door from inside, I went to the office, the door was locked too!!! I knocked the door, nobody came even I saw someone walking inside. If you don’t want to watch the patient, you can reject the appointment, how could you let a sick person waste their time and energy to do this nonsense? Don’t you feel shameful ? So , do not come to this place!

I scheduled an appointment then get there and no one is buzzing me in for about 20 minutes, someone had to go around the back to let me in. I get upstairs just for them to look at me and not answer the door and proceed to tell me that they cannot take me because they are closing in 30 minutes… the nurse was on a FaceTime call complaining about her job as well.
