Will never go back to see Dr. Wilcher. Had ZERO bedside manner, and I would wait easily 40 - 50 minutes every visit. She would be in and out within 5 minutes, and her assistants were the ones who would speak to me and address my concerns. The few times she found the time to speak to me she told me I couldn't exercise, but never gave me a time frame because she said it is 'as long as it takes.' Well, I am a fitness instructor and physical education teacher, and when I explained to her many times that exercising is my career she basically told me 'there is nothing she can do'. I even cried twice to her out of sheer frustration from her not listening to me. Every question I had would one-word answer me. I also explained that I am in between jobs, and if these procedures aren't covered they cannot be done. She said she would 'personally make sure it was taken care of,' and I have now two bills that I am trying to fight, and of course she states she never said any of those things. Will not go back, and I suggest you do the same.

In my experience, the wait time was not worth the services that I had received. I waited over 40 minutes and because the doctor was behind with other patients, it lapsed into my appointment time and I was rushed. The doctor was not rude but her mannerisms demonstrated a coldness that made me feel uneasy about her performing my surgery. Additionally, she did not thoroughly explain the procedure and I had to ask many questions about what the procedure entailed. She pretty much stated the obvious and the responses to my questions were short phrases and one-word answers. Personally, she was not very empathetic towards my feelings and completely disregarded my concerns.
I proceeded with scheduling a second appointment for her to fully explain the procedure but nothing worth paying more money for. It was basically the same experience. She did help to alleviate some minor pain I was having at the time, but other than that I was displeased with her services. I am glad that their facility did not accept my insurance for the procedure. This has saved me from further emotional distress.

This was my first visit to Dr. Wilcher's office and I came away very impressed. I had heel pain for over a month and she reduced it immediately. She and her team are very professional and I will be using them from now on for any foot problems.
