Office staff told me to go to Urgent care if I didn’t want to wait two hours after my appointment time. This wax after they canceled and rescheduled my appointment without speaking with me about it.

The wait period with an appointment was two hours. The doctors office was in an urgent care facility, which Zocdoc failed to mention. After explaining to the doctor my condition, he recommended for an exray to be done. I explained that an exray was not what I needed because I did not have a fracture. He explained he has last say and if I didn't like it I could cancel appointment and walk out. I felt he was unprofessional and somewhat rude. I would never go there again.

My experience was good, the front desk lady was patient as I struggled to find other documents on my phone, however, I don't think she understands my health insurance and she insisted that I had to pay additional money, which I've never done before.

The nurse was friendly and professional, taking the time to listen to my concerns. The office was very clean. The medical assistant/Nurse was very friendly and helpful. I think that there was a patient who had an emergency that was just before my son’s appointment. So even though I came in 20 minutes before time, My son was not in an examination room until about 5: 50 p.m.
I did like that they were evening hours, which is very helpful. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable.

I called the Doctors office and was told it was actually an in-person appointment but the doctor would call me in 15 minutes.
He never called.
