My appointment was scheduled on time and I received constant reminders

The receptionist was nice and very professional. The office was clean. The person who came in the room to get my history did not introduce themselves and just started asking me questions. She left with my history and told me the Physician will be in. The next person who came into the room also didn’t introduce themselves. I came in with a cyst wanting it to be drained. I left with a medication and a referral for general surgery. The reason why the second person said she couldn't drain it is because it isn’t localized. After doing some research and asking some healthcare professionals they said treatment for cyst is drainage and Antibiotics cannot get rid of puss. I had to pay out-of-pocket for the visit and the medication. I am deeply disappointed with the level of care I now understand that the second person did not provide proper care due to the fact that she was a PA and her scope of practice does not include performing an extraction. I now find her choice of care bias.
