Alysia holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The University of Delaware and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Since becoming a dietitian she has worked in the field of eating disorders and disordered eating, working at the residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care.
Alysia is passionate about working with clients to explore their relationship with food, movement, and their body. She practices from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size approach. While working together, Alysia works to form genuine connections, providing individualized support in a safe, judgment-free space. When Alysia isn’t working, she enjoys slow mornings with a book and a cup of coffee, walking around Boston, and checking out different restaurants around the city.
