If you go to the Conshohocken office, don't be fooled by the poor signage and shabby locale - Dr. Simpsom is the real deal. She gives very high-quality care and really takes into account many factors that are important to patients but often ignored by doctors, like the cost of medications, the convenience of a med regimen, etc. She doesn't talk down to patients and expresses genuine concern about a patient's general health and wellness, even when it isn't allergy-related. That balance of professionalism and compassion is really special.
I went to see her because my allergies flared up after I moved to a new city and stopped getting immunotherapy shots. Her offices were far away from my house, but her office could get me in for an appointment way faster than anywhere else, so I made the drive. She totally understood that it wouldn't be convenient for me to get my allergy shots from her and she even gave me referrals to a couple other doctors who practice near where I live. A lot of physicians see others in their field as competitors, but Dr. Simpson really seemed to care more about making my life easier than about losing a paying patient.
"Highly recommend" is an understatement -- if only I lived closer!

Dr. Simpson was extremely friendly, punctual, great listener and very knowledgeable and is very eager to seek out other references to help out with any concerns.
As a health care professional, she is top notch in every aspect of how a physician should tray a patient!!

Alyson Simpson is a detail-oriented and compassionate allergist caring for the Lansdale and Conshohocken area. Dr. Simpson graduated from Northwestern University HPME program Phi Beta Kappa and the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. She completed a residency at Alfred I DuPont Hospital for Children and a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Alfred I DuPont and Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Simpson is a wonderful, energetic, and extremely knowledgable doctor. She was able to address a number of allergy issues and concerns I had developed over the years, and did an excellent job in making sure I understood everything. Very plugged-in doctor as well - during my appointment, she almost immediately found research and even reached out to her peer groups on my condition. Overall, great experience!

I have been a patient of Dr Simpsons for several months. I feel very fortunate to have found her, for i was not feeling very well in the beginning. She is very compassionate and goes beyond to make you feel comfortable. She has always been there for me when I needed someone to talk to about my personal situations. I come in weekly for my allergy shots and have been feeling much better about myself and my allergies & asthma, have been under control. Thank you again.
