During my last year of college at the University of Scranton, I enrolled in a Family Therapy course thinking it sounded interesting. The first book assigned, *The Family Crucible*, I read in a day. Then I started the next book, and the one after that. By the course's end, it became clear that my graduate work must be in Family Therapy-I had found my passion.
I earned my Master's in Psychological Studies and my EdS in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from Seton Hall University. With over 15 years in practice, I remain deeply intrigued by the unique landscapes each family subculture creates. I thrive on helping clients better understand themselves, gain clarity about the origins of their beliefs, and evaluate whether long-held beliefs still serve them. I enjoy supporting individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds in living more peaceful and fulfilling lives. Simple as that.
I am also a daughter, sister, wife, aunt, niece, and mother.

She never showed. Called her office 20 times and never even called us back. This was a big thing to us and a day we had circled on the calendar. Insane.
