Wants to find out what's causing symptoms and prevent them from occurring rather than just treating them after the fact.
very thorough discussion exam, very professional exam and very thoughtful recommendations ... terrific experience.
She was super thorough, thought about me as a person, took her time to explain everything and got all my jokes!
very professional and took her time in explaining all options which was very appreciated. highly recomended.

The doctor spent a lot of time with us and tried to understand all the issues for a comprehensive picture.
It was fine, but she does not have an appropriate follow up. Kept me waiting for weeks.

I appreciated the time she took to explain things in-depth and in layman's terms.

The office staff is not very friendly, but Dr. Lettich is very kind amd patient. She takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly.
I thought the doctor was extremely professional and really took her time with me. She took notes and gave me a copy of everything which is great considering I have an awful memory. Looking forward to living easier with my migraines.

Attentive and patient - would highly recommend. I have had migraine headaches for years. Dr. Lettich has done a great job developing a treatment plan.

I very much appreciated the time she took out to go over my condition. This was my first visit & she made sure to go over everything in depth. She took time not only to explain, but to listen to my concerns. Dr. Lettich is very thorough & I would recommend.
One of the best doctors I've seen in a while. Dr. Lettich was very thorough and explained all of my options. She clearly laid out a plan of action for my care and scheduled a followup. I feel like I have a real direction to get on a path to good health!
The visit was great very pleasant and caring.

Wonderful first time visit! She was very knowledgable and thorough, great bedside manner and spent a long time discussing my prognosis and treatment options. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Lettich was amazing. She was thorough, understanding, compassionate, helpful and explained everything. I felt great after my visit. Her nurses were fantastic as well. The only negative aspect of my experience was I had to fill out a mini-novel in paperwork, but it was well worth it. After I filled out the paperwork, I was in to see her within 5 minutes and she spent more than an hour understanding my problems.

I absolutely loved my visit with Dr. Lettich!!! She had a lot of patience, was very through, and took her time. She is very confident in her work and actually cares about her patients. She isn't quick to rush you out the door and is definitely on point. I appreciate the fact that she really listens and obviously loves what she does. I wish all doctors could be like her for every visit !! Thank you!!

Great visit
Excellent visit! Dr Lettich was very patient and took the time to explain everything in detail! Will definitely recommend her!

She is an excellent neurologist. As a chronic migraine sufferer I have had my fair share of different neurologists and Dr.Lettich puts to shame every other doctor out there. She makes you feel at ease and is always correct on her diagnosis. She creates her own medicine by combining different ones to treat debilitating migraines. Of course with such great pain one fears cancer right away and she assured me I was ok that it was just migraine but to reassure me gave me an MRI and of course (and Thank GOD!) I am ok. Don't second guess it and just go with her. I am super picky and I will no longer be looking for neurologists. She is divine!
Verified patient
She was thorough, and took the time to listen to all my situation, quite empathetic. She completely understood the situation and took the time to explain to me all the potential symptoms, duration, and potential treatments. Excellent.

i Loved her its like Talking to someone that knows you for very long time period, Having a conversation with her and she right away pinpoint my situation...Loved Her!!
Verified patient
Dr. Lettich is clearly very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the basics of the nervous system to help you understand your symptoms and possible causes. I personally really appreciate understanding my symptoms in detail, so I'm not wondering if there's something important that I don't know because the doctor didn't feel the need to explain it. What stands out the most, though, is that there is not a trace of impatience, sternness, or indifference, like many doctors who are jaded by patients' issues - instead, Dr. Lettich is very calming and kind. Her nurse was also extremely warm and friendly, which overall makes for a pleasant doctor's visit.
Verified patient
She is always courteous and full of information about treatments and options. I would definitely recommend her to other people looking for a doctor who takes the time to explain the different options available.
Highly professional. She really takes the time to listen, so she is very thorough in offering advice and making her diagnoses. She is very aware of the current treatments available, so if one course doesn't work, she offers the hope that there are many more options available. All around a great doctor.
Such a pleasurable experience. Dr Lettich spent over an hour with me discussing my issue and was very knowledgable. I highly recommend her to anyone. She's not just for headaches!
Verified patient
She was very thorough. I had my ppwk filled out before I got to the office so I got in right away to be seen. I didn't even wait 5 min. Dr Lettich was very personable, knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed at all.

Dr Lettich is AMAZING. She spent a lot of time digging into the issues, and she was spectacular. BUT HER STAFF ARE AWFUL. I had a brain MRI over a month ago, and they keep promising to call me back with the official results from radiology, and still nothing. How is that possible? (Luckily the doc had called with her opinion that all was ok, but I would like the official radiology results too..) They NEVER pick up their phone. Awful!
Dr. Lettich is very approachable and sympathetic, wonderful bedside manner. I came here after a subpar experience with another neurologist, and I'm so glad I did. She was able to easily diagnose and remedy what's been ailing me. Definitely would recommend!

This was the second time I have visited Dr. Lettich. She is by far one of the best physicians I have ever seen. She is so professional and yet so down to earth. She spent so much time with me explaining my test (MRI) results and also showing me a presentation which explained how migraines work. She was also very kind and pleasant to be around. She is a perfect ten. In addition, the Beth Israel building where she works is brand new - very clean, great lighting, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Overall, the experience was great - makes you look forward to going to the Dr. Only problem is Dr. Lettich sets the bar so high, it makes it quite difficult for other physicians to even compare. Thanks, Dr. Lettich!

She was very attentive and thorough.
She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable. She put me to ease because she really listened, was very professional and clearly knew her stuff. She was practical and reasonable and sculpted a treatment plan for me that wad realistic and honest. I highly recommend her. She is incredible!
Seems like she cares about getting to the root cause of your problem, but bedside manner leaves much to be desired. An appointment feels more like an interrogation. Go elsewhere.
A good amount of paper work with Beth Israel before seeing Dr Lettich, but i think that's just about all new doctor's offices. Once I met with her she was great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a neurologist.
After a visit to the Optometrist, it was recommended that I visit a Neurologist to review a certain condition. Although I highly respect the Optometrist that I visited, the Neurologist that she suggested showed a below average review online. I then turned to ZocDoc and found Dr. Lettich based on her location and her extremely high reviews. I have to say that I can only confirm the legitimacy of the other patients' feedback. Dr. Lettich has a very calm yet confident demeanor - she is a true professional. Throughout the examination, she was extremely thorough and took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why. One of the most annoying things a Dr. can do is NOT explain the tests they are doing. Dr. Lettich's advice included the recommendation to see an Opthamologist. When we were going from one exam room to another, she saw Dr. Maria Basile (an Opthamologist) and asked if she had time to squeeze me in before her first patient! I was shocked by this. I was going to get to see two separate doctors in one visit! The fact that Dr. Lettich went out of her way to get another doctor to see me at that very moment because it was convenient for me, is unprecedented. Note: Dr. Basile was 5+ stars as well but that is another review for another time. So, when my visit with Dr. Lettich came to a close, I informed her of her status on ZocDoc and told her that is why I chose her - she was totally unaware of her ZocDoc fame! Overall this was an amazing experience - from the staff that checked me in to the beautiful, clean and brand new aesthetic of the office, to both doctors that I saw, to the simple and quick check-out process. This was a 10 on a scale to 5! Thank you, Dr. Lettich!
Very thorough, pleasant and informative.
