I've worked with a lot of providers over the years, but Ambria is in a different category. She brings a true functional medicine lens to everything, which means she's not just looking at your labs to rule things out, she's using them to build a complete picture of your health and actually optimize it.
Her lab interpretation is exceptional. She notices the things other doctors miss, explains the interconnections between markers, and tracks trends thoughtfully over time. I came in with a complex, multi-layered protocol and she engaged with it seriously, asked smart questions, and helped me refine my approach in ways that led to real, measurable results.
Beyond the clinical expertise, she's just a warm, unhurried presence. She listens fully, takes her time, and makes you feel like your health is genuinely her priority... not just the next appointment on the schedule.

Hi! My is Ambria and I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience in conventional medicine. Over time, I became passionate about addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just managing symptoms. This led me to complete certification through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, where I trained in a whole-body, systems-based approach to wellness.
Additionally, I am trained through the BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) Training Academy, expanding my ability to support patients through hormonal changes, with the use of hormone therapy.
My focus is to blend functional medicine, lifestyle interventions, and thoughtful use of medication to help patients feel better, find balance, and build lasting wellness.

Ambria is super knowledgeable and came very prepared to our appointment doing specific research on some atypical health items I wanted to discuss. It’s so nice to work with someone who cares, has a deep knowledge, and takes time with her patients. It’s refreshing to have a practitioner who is not rushing through an appointment and spends the time to really listen. There is so much information out there it can be hard to navigate, and Ambria has made me feel confident reviewing my bloodwork and coming up with a realistic action plan. Highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend Ambria more! Her extensive clinical knowledge paired with her comprehensive and customized approach to my needs was everything I have been looking for in a provider. She has been thoughtful and understanding while also thorough and targeted on what will be best course of action. She’s not afraid to think outside of the box in unique situations either. You won’t find better!

She took the time to understand how my symptoms, lifestyle, and nutrition were related, and formulated a plan to address my concerns that was realistic and attainable.
