Nothing special. The receptionists and assistant are GREAT. If you do book through Zocdoc, call them and confirm--they said sometimes ZD appts don't show up for them. They accept credit cards for copays. Free parking lot.

Dr. Seth is a kind and well experienced physician. The customer service was great. I did not have a long waiting time. He was very thorough and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. Besides prescribing medicine, he took the time to review all the lifestyle changes that could help my condition. I have been very pleased with this doctor! I've already recommend him to my family and friends.

I have an ongoing health concern that I wanted a serious 2nd opinion about. The doctor once he heard who my former doctor was refused to look at my medical records or even truly examine me, choosing to defer to the initial doctor's opinion. By far - it was the worst customer service I've ever received, and flies against the point of requesting a second opinion.

Great office staff, i am a new patient completed all the paperwork and was seen by the Dr. in less then 30 mins. He took his time to take all my patient history and answered all my questions as well as gave me clear advise on what steps to take next. the Dr. and office staff really put me at ease!

It was so refreshing to meet with a specialist that finally listened to me. I'd been saying the same things about my thyroid for 2 years...& being told I was paranoid, despite a 90lb weight gain & other symptoms. He listened, his team was on point, & they even do blod work right there. I've never had such a comprehensive meeting at a doctors office before. I highly recommend.

This was my third follow up. Dr Seth is a genuine and compassionate physician. He spent a considerable amount of time in the room and answered my questions to my full satisfaction. His staff members are friendly and accommodating. Office was very nice. I had a quick wait time. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

He was very nice, introduced himself and shook my hand. The last doctor I went to didn't bother to introduce herself at all to me and I thought she was a tech, not the doctor! Dr. Seth sits facing you at a small desk, whereas some other doctors sit with their back to you. He was kind, he listened to me, he didn't lecture, and when I said I didn't want to do something he just let it go and let me get back around to it myself. He wasn't pushy, and he seemed to be very knowledgable. I'd been having trouble with one medication causing muscle aches, and he said there were others that were gentler and didn't cause muscle pain. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Set.

I was absolutely pleased with my first visit. I saw the nurse practioner first who was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Seth came afterwards and was very professional and knowledgable. He was an attentive listener and was very thorough. I will definetly go for a follow up appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!

Dr. Seth is an extremely intelligent & friendly gentleman possessing an attentive & sensitive bedside manner. For a younger practitioner, though, his general perspectives regarding the proper treatment of Thyroid disease struck me as somewhat old-fashioned, perhaps placing an over-emphasis on lab results. None the less, I would likely recommend Dr. Seth to a loved one.

The appt. was for my mother-in-law, we had to switch because her previous dr wouldn't accept Medicaid. I saw all the great reviews left for Dr. Seth online and chose to trust it.
Not only front desk stuff was so super friendly and very helpful, especially Nancy, but also Dr. Seth himself completely fulfilled all out expectations and more.
Dr. Seth seams to be a very knowledgeable and carrying dr, who really took his time with the first time paciant to get to know my mother-in-law and her health history.
There was no wait at the time of the appt.

Great! I needed a second opinion from someone who would listen to me and not just throw assumptions costing me more money than needed. I was a little skeptical when I had arrived, the girl that took me to my room just took my blood pressure, she didn't weigh me or anything. At first j was seen by an intern and thought to myself "oh great this is going to take forever" however, it did not. I promptly saw the doctor and we went over what the intern and I had discussed. I feel like I finally am getting treated properly. Highly recommended.

I did not wait long to be seen but I did wait a little bit in the examination room. He was apologetic and very professional, he does have a lot of knowledge about thyroid but not very open to alternative medicine, i.e. All natural methods. Otherwise, I thought he was a great doctor but not necessarily for me.
