She was excellent. Very thorough. I found her to be sensitive. In switching care from a Manhattan pediatrician who my family has a long relationship with, I have been very nervous. While, my daughter went for a well child check up, I am very confident in her ability to diagnose/catch real issues. In my mind, this is the most important attribute in looking for a pediatrician for your child. Well child is easy; finding a good diagnostician is not so easy. I will be taking my son to her as well.

Dr. Glaser was born in Brooklyn. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College, her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Montefiore Hospital. She started in Park Slope 25 years ago with a special interest in teens, after completing a fellowship program in Adolescent Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has brought her expertise in that area into the community during her career at the Door, El Puente, Elmhurst Adolescent Center and Barnard. Dr. Glaser has been named by NY Magazine as a “top pediatrician” and as one of the “Best Doctors in America”. Most recently she became certified as a lactation consultant and has started a lactation support program within the practice.

Dr. Glaser gave me the impression that she genuinely was concerned with my issues with my child and I appreciated that. Atmosphere was great and the nurse was nice and patient with my child. Only complaint I have was the front desk wasn't pleasant and seem a little rude. But all in all my visit was good.

Dr. Glaser was great. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Took her time and went over everything, addressed all of our concerns. All of this via a last minute appointment booked the night before for our brand new baby just discharged from the hospital. So glad we went.

Dr Glaser is a no-nonsense, matter-of-fact pediatrician. I liked this about her during my first appointment, prenatal consultation but after having my daughter and the crash of emotions rolled in I did not like her frankness. It felt insensitive at the time and I left crying multiple times. It could have been my emotions and the fact that my daughter had a few minor (although at the time seemed major to me) problems which she caught right away, but I switched doctors to less alarmist pediatrician.

I loved the whole team. Lots of resources for new moms and it was so helpful that she was a lactation consultant. Found a new moms group and a lactation class through them. Had to move out of state but I wish I could have taken slope pediatrics with me.

We moved to Brooklyn 6 months ago and have had terrible experiences with doctors. Today we went to Dr. Glaser for physicals. The waiting room was bright and clean, but we didn't spend any time there because the doctor was ready for us when we arrived. She was very thorough and made both of my children feel comfortable. I felt like she took her time and I did not feel rushed at all. My kids left happy. She even recommended a couple of doctors for me! i would definitely recommend Dr. Glaser to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

We were in within seconds of arrival and DR Glaser was pleasant, thorough and direct (which I like, especially when it comes to the health of my newborn) We will be using them for our baby boy for good. Plus the waiting area is pleasant and there is stroller parking. Highly recommend.

Dr. Glaser was so nurturing to me as a new mom. She is a lactation specialist as well and was able to get my baby feeding on my breast without my running around to specialists. Great care!
