Check in was fast and easy. I don’t have insurance and I was given resources to contact to get insurance. The wait to see my doctor wasn’t long and I was able to get bloodwork done without having to travel somewhere else because of the time. Dr. Amy H is great at what she does. She was my doctor at another facility. I followed her because I feel comfortable with her. She has a welcoming personality and she’s truly a gem. She shows empathy, respect and has clear communication skills. She knowledgeable, compassionate and unbiased.

She and her staff were welcoming and kind, easy to ask questions to! The online forms they sent ahead of time were very helpful to prepare for the visit. I recommend you make sure to set aside time to find street parking and check-in at the 1st floor front desk.

the website at Spectrum on 52nd n haverford ave needs to update the website or zocdoc. i scheduled to see a foot dr. i got about 15 reminders for dr. holland and when i get to my appt iwas told she is not a foot dr and the foot dr is not in on Wednesday. this was a waste of my dat and my time away from work. then i was told if i want ot see the foot dr at that location i have to have a primary care physician at the facility. ive been with my pcp for over 20 yrs and I'm not going to switch now. i did book a dental appt hoping it will be a smoother journey. that was very disappointing and i waited weeks for this foot dr appointment.

Dr. Holland and her staff was amazing. They listened very well to why I was coming in and I felt very heard and respected.
Dr. Holland was a little late to my appointment, but only because there was another patient that ran late and she still squeezed them in. Only showing Dr. Holland's kindness and respect for her patients even more.
Can't recommend her enough. Best PCP I've ever had.

I really enjoyed my visit! Everyone, including the security guard, front desk person, nurses, and the provider was so generous and friendly. I was a new patient at Spectrum Health, but I felt welcomed and everything was communicated so well. The service provider was really nice and informative. She also walked through all her steps before doing anything, so it helped me feel more comfortable and prepared. Overall, my visit went super well!
