Dr. Tye is very warm and friendly. I feel very comfortable talking with her about anything. She is also very intelligent and vigilant as she set up a medication regimen that has thus far been very effective for me. I have had medication issues in the past which led to serotonin syndrome and hospitalization. She approached my situation carefully and came up with a successful solution. I am so grateful that I won’t have to worry about having serotonin issues again, while at the same time getting my mental health back on track. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Tye to anyone in need of psychiatric assistance.

Amy M. Tye is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She began her practice in 2023 after 10 years of critical care nursing. It was during these intensive care years that her interest in mental health developed. Amy is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. I'm very impressed with Amy Tye. I have worked with many providers in the past and she is solid in her presentation and listening skills. She's not quick to over medicate and looks at the entire mind body and spirit. I am having both of my folks who have dementia go to her and I look forward to working with her in the process of caring for them.
