Dr. Busquets graduated with honors from Harvard University and went on to complete her medical training at Northwestern University Medical School. Following medical school, Dr. Busquets completed her medical internship at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western Reserve. She continued her post graduate training at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in Dermatology where she served as Chief Resident. She moved here from Cleveland in 2009, after acting as assistant professor at the MetroHealth Hospital/University Hospitals of Cleveland Dermatology clinics for three years, where she headed multiple residency training clinics.
She is passionate about dermatology training, and this carries over to her interaction with patients, where she places utmost importance on patient education. Dr. Busquets’ research interests included the evaluation of hair loss, laser and topical therapy for aging skin, and treatment options for scars. She has numerous published studies and book chapters, which have been presented at academic meetings. Dr. Busquets is fully conversant in both English and Spanish, meaning she is not only a dermatologist Pittsburgh, PA residents can count on for top notch service, but also communicate with in many languages.

Dr Ana was very professional. I got the impression she was as concerned with my acne issue as much as I am. She prescribed a few medication and also gave me coupons for some of them. She wrote down a regimen for as well!

Getting an appointment with Christopher Futi, Dr. Busquets' physician assistant was so easy. I got scheduled in as little as 2 weeks. He was very knowledge with over 15 years of experience. The practice was clean, professional and very inviting. So glad he prescribed a reasonable prescription that will help my acne. Scheduled my husband for a yearly check with Dr. Busquets and she was also able to see him relatively quick. Will recommend Chris + Dr. B to all my friends & family.
