My visit with Dr. Ana Echeverri was excellent not only is she professional but she is very nurturing and caring. She one of a kind and she will definitely be my primary care doctor from now on. She took her time and didn't rush me out like most doctors do. She doesn't sugar code anything because she truly cares about her patients. She is the best doctor I've ever had.

This is definitely the worse experience I have
the staff there is not responsible, and not responsive
I did not get my report within 3 weeks until I phoned them 3 times
I am in-network but they send blood test to a out-of-network lab and cost me a lot

Dr. Echeverri is a serious professional. She is thorough, leaving no stone unturned and ensuring your peace of mind. She acts in the way a physician should, but so very few do these days. She even follow up to make sure I was better. I highly recommend her.

Honestly she had very little beside manner. I had bloodwork done which they internally messed up and I had to call 5 times to get the results. The doctor needed me to remind her several times of my ailments so she could figure out who I was and when I had xrays done I called 5 times to find out the results and she had the audacity to say "let me google what this means..." before rattling off the results.

Brilliant doctor! I have a rare poly-genetic disease (involving different genes). Most doctors are not interested, can't be bothered, don't know what they are talking about, dismissive, blatantly ignorant... in sum, I've had to do my own groundwork at my own expense to figure out what was wrong with me because my symptoms were grouped under so many different disease presentations. Anyway, with the information that I've accumulated over the years, which Dr. Echeverri reviewed, we've come up with a game plan to address my health issues--wow! After decades of searching, I've finally found a doctor who is willing to work with me. There are no words...

Dr. Echeverri was pleasant, but I was unhappy with several aspects of the visit:
- The digital tablet-like system I was required to use to fill out my information (all readily available through ZocDoc) was clunky and took a long time. I was then re-asked most of the same questions in the appointment
- I had blood work done, and never received a call-back regarding the test results
I liked Dr. Echeverri, but cannot recommend her practice.

Third visit with Dr. Echeverri. Had a 2pm appointment with her, arrived early, but she was doing rounds and I had to wait until 2:45 pm for her to show up. She did apologize and was her usual friendly self which did help calm me down a little.

Okay so they're specialists so it's a little bit pricier but Dr. Echeverri is nice and has a very pleasing bedside manner, got me the tests I needed right away, and asked me how else I was feeling beyond why I went to the doctor in the first place so whatever

I saw Dr. Echeverri for anxiety. She was WONDERFUL! She was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. She listened thoughtfully to me and gave me helpful recommendations. I am going to make her my Primary Care Physician from now on. I wasn't seen until 30 min after my scheduled appointment, but It was running 10 min late myself, so it wasn't entirely the office's fault.
