Horrible experience would not recommend unprofessional staff long wait

I had a good experience with the Doctor. Unfortunately, the wait was extremely long, over an hour after our confirmed appointment. Then I was told to schedule an appointment for Bloodwork, the office forgot to send in the blood work so I ended up waiting another hour and a half and the blood work location and was not able to do that appointment. Between the two events I lost 4-5 hours unnecessarily. Maybe a little more organization could help with those types of issues.
