The doctor was fantastic. The staff, sadly, were not great. When I came for my appointment, they had NO IDEA about my ZocDoc appointment and didn't even try to help me! I actually had to go home, print out my ZocDoc confirmation email, go BACK and show the receptionist and only THEN was I assured that the doctor would see me. Again, NOT the doctor's fault. Was the confusion caused by ZocDoc's electronic strangeness? Who knows, but from now on, I will CALL first and not depend on ZocDoc emails.
