Dr. Anastasia Thomas was born in Washington D.C. and was raised in New Haven, CT. Dr. Thomas attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Africana studies, with a minor in Pre-med and Psychology. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, New York, NY in 2002.
She completed two different residency programs, New York Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, NY and St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Queens, NY. While in residency, she received extensive training in conservative and surgical treatment of conditions of the foot, ankle and leg. She is board certified in both Podiatric Medicine and Foot Surgery. Dr. Thomas has been in Georgia since 2006 and has two children. She enjoys bowling, reading and watching Marvel movies.
Dr. Thomas and the associates of Atlanta Foot Care Center are the Podiatrists on call and on Staff at more than 25 Assisted Living, Independent, and Rehabilitation Facilities in the Metro Atlanta area. It is Dr. Jones' responsibility to do everything possible to prevent limb threatening emergencies that could lead to amputation in the elderly and diabetic.
Dr. Thomas is also board certified in Foot Medicine. The orthotics she can create help runners and walkers get those extra miles they need.

I definitely don't recommend this facility to anyone!The doctors are in a financial bind. I know my husband and I have great insurance. I've never had to pay for an x-ray. It's always been covered by our insurance, but at this facility, Dr. Anastasia Thomas is price gouging her clients and taking advantage of her authority. We will be taking our business elsewhere and suggest you do the same

From the time I entered the office to leaving, I experienced high level professionalism, mixed with warmth and reassurance. I felt confident that my concerns would be addressed and resolved. Kayla who performed the intake is a wonderful asset to the office.
Dr. Thomas is wonderful! She made me feel at ease and answered all questions concerning my health issues. I’m truly thankful to have encountered such a beautiful, patient and knowledgeable healthcare provider. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr Thomas and staff are very nice. The office is clean and attractive but you might want to wear a coat, it's rather cold. Dr Thomas explains everything in layman's terms and prepares you for any unpleasantness (injections). This was my first visit and I will be going back.

The team was very welcoming. We waited a reasonable time before being called in. I appreciated the care and patience with my son. He has autism and requires some accommodations. Dr. Thomas, staff, and team were very accommodating. I considered his care to be exceptional and professional. We were given options for a plan of action. We're excited that my son's issue was resolved. We received an after care plan and a follow-up appointment.
We would recommend Dr. Thomas's office because it was a good experience. Patient care is phenomenal, and the results were beyond what we expected.
