Dr. Thomas is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and has enjoyed living in Central Ohio since 2011. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New England where he was a college athlete, captain of the men’s varsity basketball team his senior season, and graduated cum laude. He then received his medical education from the Barry University in Miami, Florida, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. Dr. Thomas then completed a high-volume foot and ankle surgery residency at Grant Medical Center. Since graduating Dr. Thomas has established a busy practice and held many leadership positions in local hospital systems and state societies. Dr. Thomas spending time with family and friends, coaching youth basketball, and outdoor activities.
