I find it rewarding to work together with my patients to improve their health. Being involved in their lives is an amazing privilege. I get to provide support and encouragement during the challenging times and celebrate their accomplishments when they achieve their health goals!
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
I believe a primary care provider should empower patients to make their own health decisions with up to date and evidence-based information. It is also vital to listen to our patients' needs and values in order to work together to improve both physical and mental health.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like to enjoy the outdoors by cycling, jogging, hiking or just hanging out at a playground with my kids.
