Enara is truly like no other, I have been with Enara for almost a year now and I'm loving every second of it! I've lost 40 pounds and 15% of body fat (woah!!!!)
I reached a point where I thought I would never be able to lose the weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My dietitian and my medical provider have been so supportive during this journey!
You can have virtual appointments with your providers, which really helped me because I have a busy schedule being full time at school! I enjoyed the weekly meeting with my dietitian, you really get to build a strong bond and it is really easy to talk together. You also get to post pictures of your meals through the app and your provider will comment on then, which really kept me accountable.
I really loved the body composition tests that you get every month to track your progress, it's so helpful to see what else in your body is changing and not just your weight. It shows your muscle mass, percent body fat, visceral fat and your BMI. Your dietitian goes through the results with you and your progress is always saved on the Enara app to keep you motivated!
You will not regret the decision of joining Enara! I'm maintaining the weight I lost, I have so much knowledge now about food especially when I look at ingredient lists! I built a family most importantly, and your providers really care about you and your lifestyle!
They will help you throughout every step of the way from the first phone call asking about the program and through your whole journey with them!
Enara you have my heart and I'm forever thankful for everything I accomplished and will still be accomplishing!
