I enjoy building a rapport with my patients so they can feel confident in taking care of their health. I like to provide them with the resources and encouragement they need to take control of their healthcare goals. I am passionate about using my skills to provide individualized plans to help them achieve holistic and preventative care.
I believe the primary care provider not only helps facilitate the healthcare goals of patients but also supports their mental and spiritual well-being. The primary care provider uses their role to collaborate with patients to address individual health needs.
I hold a Master's degree in Family Nursing from North Park University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
In my spare time, I enjoy being active, traveling, dancing, trying new restaurants and foods with my husband, and cuddling with our dog Cooper.

I would not recommend Jasmine to anyone. She joined the zoom 5 minutes late, but didn’t apologize for being late or even acknowledge it. She didn’t smile once during the appointment. She didn’t look at me once during the appointment. She was looking at her various screens. And before she even asked me anything about myself or why I made the appointment, she started off with a 5 min rant about Zocdoc. Overall she was very rude and not pleasant at all. And she did not provide any meaningful medical advice for my issue. Complete waste of time and money, and just a bad experience overall.
