Dr. Piatti was incredibly warm and friendly. He gave me enough time to ask my questions--I never felt rushed. He did not try to over-prescribe me, pressure me for unnecessary tests, or do anything other than make me feel like my concerns were being heard and let me know my options for treatment.

The doctor was very personable, kind and great bedside manner! Not sure what was going on with the office staff but it was an overall good experience and I feel very comfortable going back should it be necessary.
