Dr. Dale believes in spending time with patients, listening to their needs, and providing quality medical care that empowers patients to thrive and live passionate, happy lives. Dr. Dale focuses on assisting people of all ages through therapeutic, collaborative healing. Recognizing that each patient has a unique story as well as biochemistry, Dr. Dale develops individualized wellness plans based on the many factors that combine to form a patient's physical, mental and spiritual state. His approach to medicine is one of partnership, helping his clients boost their daily vitality through nutritional support and supplementation, weight optimization programs, hormone replacement therapy, enhanced cardiovascular disease screening and treatment measures.
This is in addition to his traditional practice of whole family medicine and wellness, including school physicals, annual screening exams, and acute/urgent care concerns.

Went in for an annual physical. Office was nice and screened all visitors for COVID risk upon entry. Office staff and nurse were friendly and efficient. Dr. Dale was punctual, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to listen and also explain what he was doing and why. A very informative doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. After a quick wait back in the waiting room, I was called by the phlebotomist who was also super friendly and efficient. All in all, a solid choice for primary care - I will continue to use them!

The doctor and the staff were all good. However, I scheduled my appointment for 12:00 p.m. and I got email and text reminders for that time period when I got to the office they told me I was super early and then my appointment was set 1:00 p.m.. even though I show them all of my reminders I still had to wait over an hour. That was disappointing.

My daughter recently had a telehealth visit with Dr Dale to follow up on her annual check up and blood work results. Dr Dale is great -- very responsive and caring. He took his time and answered all of our questions. We thought the telehealth service was easy to use and super convenient. Highly recommend both Dr. Dale and the new technology for telehealth visits.

The doctor was good, however the front office was not.
I called Monday morning to verify the insurance and see if I could schedule my wife with another doctor sooner. I was told that Dr. Sarita Prajapati was available Monday 1/20 at 13:15.
I scheduled the appointment over the phone, and verified the time three times, because I've had issues in the past scheduling over the phone.
We arrived at 13:00 to allow time to fill out paper work, but I was told there wasn't an appointment with Dr. Sarita Prajapati and she was booked. I was also told that I couldn't have booked an appointment because she has been booked and there wasn't any available openings for the rest of the week. Almost felt like she called me a lier.... But she was able to get us into Dr. Andrew Dale in 45 minutes.
The front office has issues at victory. Not the first time my appointments have been booked wrong. I'm better at time management than most people and verify my times before and after typing them.
And then we got a reminder for the appointment on Tuesday, that should have been canceled twice. Just one more stab into my already dislike for the scheduling staff there.

He listens to you. Plain and simple. Dr. Andrew Dale is very knowledgable and was a pleasure to talk with. He does not look at a chart and form his opinion. He talks with you, understands you and makes sure to cover all the bases before he forms his professional opinion. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a physician in a long time.
