We are grateful that my mother was able to see the Doctor as an emmergency patient with less than 24 hrs. Thank you!
Very rushed visit. Nurse did not introduce herself nor did Dr. Diamond. A bit disappointing.
I loved the staff and Dr. Diamond. He was informative and knew exactly what was best for me.

I went to see him with terrible ear pain, my left ear was blocked with crust formation . He came in and did not check my ear, but straight away started writing some antibiotics and left. I took antibiotics faithfully for a week and it gave me terrible side effects and ear pain remained the same!

Even though I was a brand new patient and had to complete paperwork, see a nurse, see the doctor, and get limited treatment, I was done in 45 minutes. That was very acceptable, and I was pleased to do it all during my lunch hour from work. The staff was friendly and helpful; I would go back.

After seeing Dr Diamond in October I scheduled a follow up appointment with him on November 14th -- fully a month in advance. On November 7th, Dr. Diamonds office called and asked me to reschedule the appointment because Dr. Diamond would be busy on the November the 14th. I am busy too, but we rescheduled the appointment for November 21st. Today, November 19th, Dr. Diamonds office called again and asked me to reschedule the appointment because Dr. Diamond was going to be busy on the November 21st. I talked to Victoria who explained the Dr. Diamond was REALLY busy and she was sorry for the inconvenience. Me too.

Lots of talking, not big on listening. Seemed like there was definitely a "move 'em in, move 'em out" vibe. That said, seemed to have a decent grasp of the condition and approach to treatment plan appears conservative, structured and logical.
I was very satisfied with answers I got from doctor. Very impressed about how smooth my appointment go. Everyone was nice and helpful.
