I did not enjoy my visit to this office. Communication to me and apparently within the office seems to be very poor. I didn’t feel like the doctor helped me create a treatment plan so much as give me a list of tasks, and then did not clearly communicate how to carry out those tasks. I was supposed to get a prescription for a BP cuff but did not get it. I also gave labs that I thought were going to be processed while I was in-office, but was told to leave immediately after. I will be changing offices as soon as I can.

First time visit with Dr Donaruma. Chose him based on Zocdoc reviews and I was not disappointed. All the great reviews are accurate. Time with the doctor did not feel rushed. Asked if I had any concerns, and offered a thorough response. Explained the reason behind the care he was recommending. Great bedside manner. Would absolutely recommend to anyone seeking a new PCP who does not make you feel judged and operates an inclusive practice.
