The provider was excellent and I will definitely go back to her, but the booking experience was a nightmare. I booked at the Bee Cave location for 9:30am, and received email and text confirmation. I arrived at 9am only to be told that my provider and appointment was actually at the Westlake location. The Bee Cave office staff said there was enough time to make 9:30am and that they would call the office to explain. I arrived at the Westlake location at 9:30 and the front office had no idea what I was talking about. Then the provider apologized for running behind - they had issues that morning too. I told her it wasn't a big deal as I had just arrived.
Lesson learned: call the office to make the appointment and call to confirm.

I showed up early to the appt. which was good since zocdoc didn't actually notify my dr. of my appt. The office still got me on the schedule for that same time and everything was great.

I highly recommend this office and doctor. From the start, they were very helpful. They sent me an email before the appointment with a registration form, details about the appointment, and what I should expect to pay after insurance. In office, I had a wonderful experience. I was nervous as many people are for doctor appointments, but I was welcomed and felt comfortable by everyone. They are clearly well ran, and care about the comfort of their customers. Dr Jukes is very personable, informational, and kind. I drove 30 mins out of my way for this office and I’m so glad I did. The amazing reviews are well deserved.

I called ahead to make sure that they had the birth control shot that I wanted- in which they said yes. I arrived 45 mins before my appointment to fill out paper work only to be called back 30 mins after my appointment time. Then I waited 25 mins for someone to come in to talk to me. After talking to the doctor she wanted to do blood work and a well woman (both that I had done 4 months ago which they knew because I sent them my records) I was willing to do the well women but waited for another 30 minutes before I heard the doctor talking from outside the door that they in fact did NOT have the shot that i had came for in the first place. At that point I put my clothes back on and walked out. But not without the receptionist trying to make me pay for WASTING MY TIME. (She said “we’ll send you the bill!”) They gave/did nothing to me in the 2 and 1/2 hours I was there. I’m not paying them a single cent and will not be back.
