Dr. Hertz always takes time w/ patients, I never feel rushed when at appointment. He has a great sense of humor to make the kids feel at ease. Having 2 teen boys and a teen girl-they all still want Dr. Hertz as there dr... even my daughter. I trust him completely with their health care. He has been our dr. since they were babies.
