Considering the front desk person told me they never received my appointment and I had to wait in the urgent care line behind all the walk-ins, it didn't go well. I have 3 kids under 23 months and scheduled this appointment because I'm sick and needed medicine before going on a week long work trip Monday. I will NEVER use ZocDoc again since she blamed your service.
