As the reviews attest, Vitality dental is the best! The office is awesome with fuzzy blankets and TVs but the staff is what really makes the place. Kathy is the absolute best and her mom and dad are so sweet. I always look forward to seeing them when I come in. I wish all my trips to the doctor could be like my experience here. Dr. Kung is extremely attentive and patient. You can tell he really cares! If you need a new dentist (or even if you don’t) check them out, you won’t regret it :)

Dr. Kung is passionate about offering his patients a catered experience by making the patient experience a top priority. He hears each individual’s needs, whether it’s surgical, cosmetic, or restorative, and will guide his patients to outstanding oral health.
Dr. Andrew Kung grew up in Plano, Texas where he graduated from Plano Senior High School. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Immunology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA. He then moved across the country to New York where he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from NYU. Dr. Kung is thrilled to be back home and serving the community he grew up in.

Dr. Kung is the simply the best! I've been a patient of his for a few years now. Dr. Kung is thorough, detailed, and has a conservative approach which I appreciate. My latest filling procedure was painless and he was gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. The office is very clean and comfortable and equipped with newest technology. Dr. Kung was fantastic! He walked me through my procedure, explaining each step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable and at ease. After my procedure, he made sure to check up with me the following week via phone. You can tell he is very passionate about his work and enjoys interacting with each of his patients. Arriving to see Dr. Kung, I was greeted by a clean, welcoming, high-tech reception area with friendly staff and free readily-accessible water, coffee, and tea. (I don't have kids, but they have a pretty sweet cloud-decorated play area that made me jealous I wasn't a kid!) Dr. Kung was kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, took time to intelligently answer my questions, and--most importantly to me--NOT laugh at my concerns like other dentists/doctors had. He knew exactly how to work around my implant and had identified the trauma to my cheek due to problems with past work on a tooth by another dentist.
I would definitely return! In fact, I already have and have continued to have great and welcoming experiences (e.g. to fix that problem from past dentist) with them. Also, I never felt like I was being upsold to commit to a procedure I didn't want (like I had with past dentists).
(I wasn't aware of ZocDoc's per-visit review, so I apologize that this is coming late with experiences from additional visits. I just wanted to make sure of consistent treatment.)

Dr. Kung is amazing at what he does. I did not feel any pain after he pulled out my four wisdom teeth. The pain was very manageable that night and on the next day. There were no swelling and pumpkin cheeks. I was able to eat slowly on the third day and was completely fine after that. It is also nice to know that I do not have to worry about wisdom teeth problems anymore. Thank you. He is a 10 all over the board, top notch doctor!

I found Dr. Kung on this website, He spoke Chinese very good, so it's easy for me to understand (I am from China). he checked all my teeth and very patiently explained the detailed information about my teeth situation. After this dental check I learned a lot, and knew better about my own teeth. I will come back and recommend to family and my friends for sure. It was a great experience! :)

I was really impressed with this dental office. From the minute I walked in, I felt taken care of. I was offered coffee/tea/water and given a tour of the beautiful office. I didn't have to wait AT ALL! They took a 3-D scan of my teeth for implant consultation and Dr. Kung was very thorough with me. I'm happy I have a dentist who cares about my oral health.

Dr Kung is a true professional. Not only he has the newest technology and ample amount of knowledge but also very caring of his patient. I went into for a teeth cleaning and he checked for mouth cancer, gum, cavities and etc. Most dentist might check it but they will never explain it to you. I hate going to the dentist and admit first hand that i don't take care of my teeth. He took so good care of my teeth i feel bad if i don't take care of my teeth from now on.

Absolutely extraordinary. Office is nicely tracked away from the busy intersection, parking is plentiful, office staff is super friendly and examination rooms are luxurious, modern and comfy. I love the TV's above the reclining leather chairs. Dr. Kung is super friendly, skilled and smart. I've been to so many dentists and Dr. Kung is so polite, smart, and attentive to details. Highly recommend!
