About Dr. Savitha Bathini
Growing up in a family comprised of educators and doctors, Dr. Savitha Bathini knew she wanted to serve others and become involved in the medical field, but it wasn't until her teenage years that she realized her passion for dentistry. She enjoys working with her hands, applying basic science, and helping spread oral health awareness to individuals. Instead of just merely offering pain relief, Dr. Bathini seeks to provide long-term solutions to dental health issues by taking a customized approach to each patient's treatment plan. With her compassionate nature, extensive knowledge, and enthusiasm, her goal is to educate people about the causes of oral diseases while delivering the highest quality of care possible. Dr. Bathini is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Bathini began her academic journey in the place where she grew up, Bangalore (officially known as Bengaluru), India, by graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. A year later, she held an internship in oral implantology at IFZI GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. After moving to the United States, Dr. Bathini completed a one-year residency in advanced oral surgery at the New York University College of Dentistry where she also ended up earning her doctor of dental surgery degree. As a believer in lifelong learning, she regularly participates in continuing education and has remained up to date on the latest advances in dentistry, including tissue bioengineering, implant dentistry, CAD/CAM, digital imaging, and more.
Dr. Bathini specializes in general dentistry, simple and complex extractions, wisdom teeth extractions, root canal therapy, dentoalveolar surgery, partial and full-mouth rehabilitation with implants and dentures, Digital Smile Design, Invisalign® treatment, and cosmetic procedures like veneers and teeth whitening.

I have pretty bad dental anxiety and this office was AWESOME. the front desk was kind &welcoming. Dr. Savitha Bathini was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything she was going to do in detail. This office is a little bit out of the way from me and i will be making the drive just to come back here. definitely recommend this Oracare Dentistry!!

Dr. Bathini was the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. I haven’t had the opportunity to see a dentist in years and now that I do I’m happy this is the place I picked. I’m usually super emotional about my teeth and wanting them to be perfect but genetics and life happens. Dr.Bathini made me feel really good about myself and gave me a medical plan to achieve the oral care I want. Her staff is also very sweet and kind.

I was a nervous wreck when I entered the facility. I’m afraid of dentist and I didn’t know what to expect. The facility was beautiful. Very clean and very white! ?? Starting with the receptionists, they were both very professional and friendly. Once I went to the back everyone was so friendly and amazing. I explained I was nervous and they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I was still a bit nervous about meeting the actual dentist, but once she came in my anxiety faded completely Although she had on a mask, she had the most kindest eyes I have seen in a long time. Her smile reached her eyes and that did it for me. She was highly knowledgeable and we talked about what could be done to save my teeth. She actually wanted to save as many as possible. She was gentle and caring and talked me through the process. Her prices are pretty reasonable as well. I could go on, but I’m running out of space. I highly recommend OraCare Dentistry especially those with high anxiety like myself

Went for my first appointment. I mentioned multiple times that I had pretty bad anxiety about dentists, and I had to pause once or twice during a routine cleaning. They were understanding of my dentist anxiety, and the office was clean and professional.
They scheduled me for a filling. I showed up for the filling, but cancelled after they said their nitrous oxide machine was broken, something they had neglected to inform me of before I scheduled.
They said they would refer me “in a few days” to a dentist who could do it with nitrous, but I had to call and remind them after I had waited for over 2 weeks. The dentist they referred me to ALSO didn’t have a functioning nitrous oxide machine. I found another dentist.
