Dr. Ross is great! He actually takes the time to walk you through different treatment options and answer your questions instead of writing a prescription and rushing you out the door like most doctors

No complaints whatsoever. I had to fill out a new patient form and was wisked to the exam room right away. The doctor and assistant were very helpful and thorough.

My visit was nothing out of the ordinary. I waited longer than I expected before being seen; however, after I called things moved rather quickly. The nurse or patient tech was quick and very thorough. She asked detailed questions about my eye care history and performed a battery of standard tests with my comfort in mind. Dr. Ross was amazing and very hospitable.
Verified patient
All of the office staff was very friendly and efficient. I have some anxieties with eye exams, but Dr Ross was very patient and understanding, and made sure to fully address all of my questions and concerns.
Verified patient
Routine eye exam took 1.5hrs. Most of that was waiting time. Only about 15min was I with a medical professional. Quality physicians but seems like office is running at max capacity, too many patients at one time.
Verified patient
I liked Dr. Ross, however, the office leaves a lot to be desired. The wait time was very, very long and it's a little bizarre that they have you go back and forth between the exam rooms and the waiting room multiple times. I was also surprised to receive a paper prescription... I haven't seen one of those in years :)
After Dr. Ross stayed late to see me, he ended up referring me to Dr. Harper at Austin retina with what appeared to be a torn retina, it turns out that actually both eyes had tears (detachments) one significantly worse than the other. I had one eye laser repaired this morning and am scheduled for the other next week. I am embarrassed to say that I was not taking this near serious enough and I had decided to probably just not go when the scheduling was an issue. Your persistence in contacting me was crucial and I can't thank you enough for that. I have learned a major lesson in this and I wanted to let the Dr. and the entire staff (the tech was wonderful too) how much I appreciate them, they stayed open late for me, made sure I knew where I was going this morning etc. I will never hesitate to recommend Dr. Ross and his clinic to anyone. Y'all are wonderful.
