Great visit everyone was very friendly and professional
checking in I was informed the Doctor was running 45-60 minutes behind! How can that be before 10am??? I rec'd 20-25 texts or emails prior to my appointment. Is it too much to ask that they send ONE more indicating what they obviously already know? My 10am appointment really isn't going to happen until 11am. When I asked the receptionist, she pointed to the homemade sign behind her that indicated he was one of TWO doctors already running an hour behind. What kind of system is that??? When I asked the young lady that brought me back to the exam room, her reply was that "they are busy little bees, today". Oh well, never mind then!!

Verified patient
This was a follow up appointments. I waited maybe five minutes, and sat with Dr for about three minutes. It was a great appointments.
Great “bedside” manner and Boston Sports and Shoulder is such a well run practice. I was in and out quickly due to their shoe efficient office team, and that included seeing Dr. Terrono, then getting X-rays, and seeing him again before the visit was over. Booking on ZocDoc was easy and fast. I booked an appointment online for Monday on the Thursday night at 8 pm, and by 8:30am on Friday morning the office called to confirm. Awesome!
Verified patient
He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Terrono is very knowledgeable in regards to the treatment necessary for my hands. My Insurance covers most of the costs associated with the treatment, Shots, Xrays & specialized splints. My name is Diane M. and I have been seeing Dr Terrono off and on now for several years. He is the best. and has been recognized as such in many circles.
Verified patient
As usual he is focused and brilliant.
Verified patient
Professional, knowledgeable and explained things well. Much experience with my condition. Answered every question in an easy to understand way. Gave me much information to read prior to our next consultation. Beautiful facility in Waltham clean easy to get to.
Verified patient
Dr. Terrono was knowledgeable and I trusted him with my care, but I had to take X-Rays, for the second time, which took about an hour and a half. Overall, I was at the hospital for about 3 hours and no treatment was actually given (none was needed at this date). My only complaint is that wait time.
Verified patient
Dr. Terrono was extremely thorough in his exam and paid attention to my entire history. I felt he was genuine in his desire to find the best treatment for me given my age and occupation.
