Great office to visit. I was taken right away. Dr. Terrono explained everthing. Very Happy
Superb always; highly specialized professional and caring physician. Superlative experience.
It was quick and easy except for the injection.
Dr. Terrono was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave an honest and thorough assessment which we greatly appreciated.
Superb. He took his time with me., was kind and gentle. Then explained my options. I have a hand fracture and sought out the best of the best. The Chief of hand surgery at the world renowned New England Baptist Hospital!
I have been seen by many hand surgeons over a 15 year period. Fortunately I finally found Dr. Terrono. He is absolutely the best there is.
The best place to be
Overall, the office visit was very efficient. I was seen within 15-20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, I was sent for x-rays and was given a diagnosis and an injection all within one (1) hour.
Very short wait X-rays took only a few minutes Time spent with Dr Terrano was fairly brief but informative and successful
Excellent care. Everyone was helpful.
He is the best
It was a perfect meeting of the minds. He was friendly, professional, and most informative. I know that I chose the RIGHT physician and environment.
The doctors office recommended I complete a very thorough pre appointment form which was available online. I thought Dr. Terrono was very thorough and professional.
Dr. Terrono was thorough yet didn't "over-treat". I had two visits to have him look at a finger injury I sustained in a football game. After two visits (both of which included x-rays) he concluded that physical therapy was my best next step and recommended several other physicians.
It was super easy - he diagnosed my issue and fixed it impressively quick!
I received prompt, courteous, and thorough treatment/attention.
Dr. Terrono was fantastic and staff were kind and helpful. X-Rays and physio next door in the same building were super convenient.
Fast and to the point. Calls a spade a spade. I trusted him and will continue to see him.
I didn't have to wait, which is a big plus, and I found Dr. Terrano to be friendly and efficient.
I did not feel he cared about me. I was surprised because he seemed to have great ratings and that's why I chose Dr. Terrono. He did not introduce himself which surprised me. I wasn't able to finish what I was saying before he would interrupt me. Will not be going back nor would I ever recommend him. End of the appointment, he told me I could take Ibuprofen and that would help relieve the pain- so he didn't bother to read the information I spent time filling out. THAT, and doing nothing was what I wrote helps the pain.
Love the 7:40 appt availability! Dr Terrono was great and we loved that he went alternate/healing route rather than surgery or other more invasive plan of care.
This office is full of nice, smart, and very efficient people. I was treated with great respect. Dr Terrono is a gem.
Think the inside person/receptionist needs an assistant.....
Will be returning to see him in a month. If I need a hand dic later would see him again.
After leaving Dr, Terrono office my mother and I realize we had a wonderful experience. My mother 89 had severe pain in her hand. Dr Terrono was very patience and caring a reassure her comfort. Today she feel better and happy. I highly recommend Dr. Terrono he is an eminence in his field, the hand! Dr. Terrono es un excelente doctor.
When they are good you wait. With a smile on your face and a magazine in your hands. They have seen what others missed. I feel better already.
Dr. Terrono was very pleasant and thorough when examining my hands. He gave me information to read in between seeing him and returning after my xrays. I don't know if the pamphlets were meant to provide information regarding what I should do to help the pain/swelling now (until I decide to have surgery), but Dr. Terrono didn't talk about that and I forgot to ask. He also mentioned a splint that could be made to support my finger during the first part of the appt, but that was not brought up again when I returned from my xrays. I will definitely use the hospital email system to follow up with these things.
Good except they had it as a follow up appt where it was a visit for a new issue. Other than that it was good.
Thorough and informative.
I felt respected. I love that in a doctor.
Excellent. Very pleased that he is my doctor for my hand problem.
I was the one who was late for my appointment, but the office staff took it in stride and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Terrono was thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. All of the staff, including the x-ray technicians were helpful and friendly.
Good Dr with sound advice and an understanding person. The staff all seemed good but the wait time was ridiculous. Some patients left rather than waiting and at least two patients arrived in the office on the wrong day.
Efficient, knowledgable with good explanation of problem.
Two (painful) thumbs up!
The wait was terrible and the staff was not that friendly. I felt like Dr. Terrono didn't even take the time to hear what my problem was. After a quick examination he is pawning me off to another doctor in his practice. When I asked what my next steps were he said I don't know, ask the other doctor. Rude.
Dr. Terrono is very knowledgable, and thorough. Would highly recommend.
He was a good choice and was very professional.
I saw Dr. Terrono for a second opinion on a hand surgery I had by another office, which resulted in allot of complicaitons. Dr. Terrono was excellent, he met with me and reviewed my medical history, completed a thorough examination of my hand and spent allot of time with me explaining what happened and options on how to move forward. He had a very good personality and I felt comfortable asking him questions. He answered all my questions and clarified anything I did not understand.
Was treated by Dr. Terrano 15+ years ago and recently had occasion to seek treatment for another medical problem. I found him to be thorough, exceedingly patient and open to questions on both occasions.
Professional and knowledgable.
In order to bring an informative decision I expected more convincing answers to my my questions. It was about the timing of the (potential) surgery. It was more like _ you can, but you don't have to. It is something that I expect from all physicians _ I know that I don't have to, but I need to know why it would be better if I had the procedure earlier or it may not make a big difference.
