I’m a functional and integrative medicine physician who believes true healing begins with presence, purpose, and listening.
I’m passionate about finding what’s really going on beneath the surface and guiding people back to health with compassion, curiosity, and care.
I believe medicine should be both deeply human and a little fun.
My mission is to help you heal, not just manage symptoms.
I spent years in hospitals and primary care, witnessing the power of modern medicine and its limits. Too often, patients were surviving but not truly healing.
That is what led me to integrative and functional medicine. I wanted to offer deeper, more personalized care that looks at the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Now, I partner with patients to uncover root causes, create meaningful plans, and support healing through nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and connection.
