Very professional staff. Dr Fine is very knowledgeable and proactive about treating you fight away.
Dr. Fine and his staff have been integral to my health care for the last few years. I have always found them capable and professional.
Dr. Fine is really great and I would recommend him to anyone in the Denver/ Littleton area of Colorado.
The visits are always very fast, which on some apointments is great. But don't always feel like there is time to discuss all the issues that need addressed.
The entire staff was great. Very nice and took the time to listen to me. It was not a quick visit where they were in a hurry. I needed a new dr, and I would be happy to have this place be mine. I am going back and recommending!! Thank you to the entire staff!!!
He us a very caring Dr. I could tell after the first visit. He is all about the patient's well being. I can't wait t return!
I like the way it's set up, check in and check it are in different parts of the office making it less confusing on where you sit on the schedule.
Forgot to give me the shots we discussed getting. Rude.
As a new patient to Dr. Fine - I found him to be thorough, compassionate & an excellent listener. I felt he really understood the issues I was being seen for and immediately assured me that he would help me get to the correct specialists & he would closely monitor my ongoing issues. His MA, Stephanie, was a real gem. She was wonderful, kind, caring, compassionate & straight forward. I liked her immensely. His front office staff was fine - friendly but a bit loud & obnoxious for my taste in a medical office. As a healthcare administrator, I am acutely aware of privacy & HIPPA requirements & felt the front office staff was not exactly astute or aware on these regulations. However, they were friendly & kind and it does not color my perception or impression of Dr. Fine & his office. Highly recommend this group! I was able to get a new patient appointment next day & he wanted to follow up in a week! Wonderful!!
Dr. Fine did more for my asthma in five minutes than my last two PCP's combined. He's also helping me with a couple of additional issues that were previously overlooked by other doctors. He's respectful, thorough, and honest, which is exactly the kind of doctor I trust.
Dr Fine was amazingly kind, his medical assistant was very warm as well. The front desk was a little rough to deal with but I feel it comes with the territory
Been seeing Dr. Fine for about 2 years now. Always quick in and out visits, and answers any questions I have. Only complaint I have is that I can't seem to make appointments for times after 11AM.
Never sends refill paperwork to the pharmacy in a timely manner. Have to remind him over and over. Never answers questions.
It was very good but he did not realize I have been on 2 30mg. Restroil for 45 years I brought in all my empty bottles and the nurse did not relate this I need my refile asap
Efficient! Thorough. In and out in a 17 minute interval. My recent surgery checked, scripts refilled, results of previous tests explained and treatment explained. Scheduled annual physical. Quick, easy, no nonsense. No wasted time. Efficiency at it's finest.
Too brief and zero help
It was not a good visit. Dr. Fine's PA immediately informed me that I would "be fired" if I failed to show for one more appointment ; like the one yesterday. Very rude!!! And I was unaware I had ever failed to show for a Dr. Fine appointment without calling; or using ZocDoc. Today's 2/1/2018; visit was booked through ZocDoc, the obvious cancellation for yesterday did not go through; and I suspect that was the case the other two times. Dr. Fine on this visit failed to address most of the concerns I had written up on the ZocDoc pre-registration. I don't think any of this gets read. Quite disheartening .
Way to busy and walked out in the middle of me talking.
I am very happy with my experience here. Waited a total of 5 mins in the waiting room thanks to the Zocdoc online check in so I was able to take care of all my new patient paperwork insurance and check in prior to the appointment. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Fine was amazing. I have been suffering from Pneumonia for over a month now with multiple trips to the ER for testing/ treatment with little to no progess and I was very pleased that he listened to what I had to say and took quick action to get this issue under control. Thank you so much!!!
He was I would say a subpar doctor in every sense. I came to see him twice, and both times, he spent maybe less than 10 minutes with me. He hurried through both of my appointments though I had early morning appointments (I usually book the first slots with all my doctors to avoid being rushed out to tend to the next patient if he/she is running behind in schedule.). His PA was nice (I forgot her name, young, blonde hair). My biggest gripe though is with the office manager. I must have called him 3x before he returned my first call (i.e. lunch break, he leaves early on Wednesday???, in a meeting). They had incorrectly coed/billed my annual physical as something else to my insurance company. Trying to get this fixed took 3 months of going back and forth between myself and this individual. This mistake was caused by the office and I felt he was very rude and did not call me back with updates as he promised and it was always me calling him every other week. So given that both the doctor being subpar and office/billing less than helpful, I'm sure you can find a better doctor that can treat you with care and respect. I have a wonderful and caring specialist that I see twice a year and both the doctor and her team is wonderful and excellent. All doctors should strive to be that way. Isn't that why they got into this profession to begin with?
Very pleasant, got exactly what I needed out of my appointment and will be back in a month.
I have been seeing Dr. Fine for several years. I would recommend him to anyone!
No wait to get in to see doctor. Concerns were addressed immediately and c ompletely.
I went in for a possible ulcer. I get a prescription and sent out the door. I don't even know if I have an ulcer or not.
Very professional staff and excellent doctor
Very professional office
Thorough first visit. Economical use of time. Good sense of humor after chatting for awhile. Very efficient and friendly staff.
Focused on immediate concerns made appointment for a week later to do complete physical and labwork. Listened and answered questions, was professional but also genuinely friendly. So glad I chose Dr. Fine to be my primary care physician. Would recommend him to anyone!!!
Very good, practical & efficient visit. Thanks.
They always are there to help, always have answers and want to follow up in weeks or months to be sure things are getting better. The staff is welcoming, office is clean and the improvements they have made since I started going this doctor has been great. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Andy Fine as your doctor.
I thought it was very professional and caring
All was good with this doctor until there was a cockroach crawling across the floor... Other than that, good doctor, almost no wait time and I was prescribed medicine that had me feeling better in a couple days.
I was not very happy with this office
Dr. Fine was amazing. The whole staff from check in all the way through checkout was great.
Very good, efficient visit. Flexible hours and good care.
Dr. Andy and his staff (particularly "Steph") were, friendly, informative and thoroughly professional. They put me at ease and let me know what to expect, answered my questions and prepared me for the follow-up appointment.
Although this my first initial new patient visit and was basically a meet and greet, Dr. Fine was friendly and understanding to my problems. I will add to this on my next visit where I will know more about his care. If you're looking for a new doctor I would recommend making an appointment.
Great service and attention.
He always is super helpful, knows exactly what to say and how to treat what I go in for.
He is a caring doctor and is quick.
It was a little rushed, but I did have a long list of issues because I haven't seen a PCP for awhile. Other then that I think my care was wonderful, and Dr. Fine explained and answered all my questions.
The receptionists were more than just rude, I felt absolutely belittled and unimportant. As if falling into one of many cracks in our flawed healthcare system isnt enough of a struggle already the staff who answered the phone treated me so poorly, less than human. As soon as you even start to mutter the word M-e-dicaid they begin to dehumanize you. I was told my Medicaid was not acceptable because i am only covered by denver health, which is untrue i called to check. I was not notified of the misinformation and that i would not be seen until i had almost arrived at the office, when i called to say i was running 5 mins late. The staff was totally awful, nonchalant, and unapologetic about the fact that my journey round trip was 2 1/2 hours by bus and i spent my last 5 dollars to get there. Staff lacks empathy and respect they have no business dealing with the general public. No wonder every other site has them at 1-2 star rating.
This was a disappointing interaction. I read excellent review of this doctor, but my in-person experience was the opposite. The woman who took my vitals before the doctor came in told me that he would tell me I needed a complete physical. I told her I just had one 3 months ago and noted it in my paperwork. She said it didn't matter, he tells everyone that as a matter of practice. In my interaction with him, he was rude and abrupt. I saw him for an injury to my hand, and he told me I needed a complete physical, just as the woman warned me. I told him I just had one 3 months prior, and he said as a patient of his practice, I need to have one from his office. I told him based on my short experience, I didn't intend to become a long-term patient of his practice. He gave me a referral for an x-ray, which I took care of that morning. I asked when that would be sent to the doctor's office and they said that afternoon. If I didn't hear back from the doctor by the following morning, they suggested I call. I hadn't heard back by the next afternoon so I called. It took 5 more days before I received a call back (they left a message) to tell me my hand wasn't broken. I understand that medical offices are busy, but to me this felt like the doctor was purely after services for money. By making it clear I didn't intend to become a long-term patient because of how I was treated, that affected the response and quality of care I received. There was nothing about next steps to deal with the pain, or what the injury may actually be. That's not what healthcare is about.
Dr. Fine has a great staff! The quality of care has improved 100% from a year ago. As a patient I appreciate the hard work!!
always professional , very quick didn't wait very long and was seen soon
Dr. Fine is a fine doctor. Lol. He is caring, listens well and genuinely seems to care about me as a person and not just a patient.
The staff and Dr. Fine are great, highly recommend his office if you are looking for a new doctor.
I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They all made sure I was well taken care of.
Such a good doctor and always a pleasure to see!
Unlike other reviews, I was seen almost immediately, by extremely friendly and professional staff. Dr. Fine saw me within 15 minutes, and answered all of my questions (of which there were many). I highly recommend Dr. Fine.
My experience with Dr. Andy Fine was exceptional. From the moment you arrive to being seen was less then 15 mins. Dr Fine was not only compassionate and very thorough but he really cared about my overall health and well being. I have been trying to find the right Dr for years and have been disappointed so many times. Dr Fine has restored my faith in the health care profession and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for incredible, sincere service for any health needs.
receptionist and nurses were not friendly at all. Doctor was nice, but he rushed the appointment
They staff and nurses were very nice and Dr.fine is very proactive in my treatment
Visit very short. He left the room to make copies and I thought he was coming back but he never retired. Someone from the front d esk came to tell. Me my appoint.e t ended. I still had a few queatuons.
The was reasonably good. I had to wait almost an hour over the scheduled appointment time. They had only some boring medical magazines to read. Office staff was OK, not overly friendly. Nurses were very nice. The doctor was all business and seemed very hurried as is expected these days. But he did his job and was not unfriendly. He looks younger than his age and in good shape himself.
Good visit, as I need to keep up with regular care much better.
Mr. Fine addressed all of my problems.
Dr. Fines' office is very busy. But, once put in a room, the visit is all about you, what your needs are, and what brought you to the visit, that day. Dr. Fine is very personable, and even though his office is very busy, he still takes the time to listen, being very through is nice. Most Doctors are like Ranchers, push people through, as fast as possible, to get the insurance to pay out.
Dr. Fine is very personable and even through his office is busy, he listens to every need or concern.
I had a great visit. It was fast, efficient, and I loved how they used technology. Everyone on their staff was super friendly and the DR. Was nice. Will totally be back.
This was my first visit with Dr. Fine and his team. They were all very efficient and am looking forward to many years under their care.
Great doctor, great medical assistant! Great office!
Staff and doc were very cordial! Felt welcome and well cared for. Looking forward to a long relationship!
I will never book another appointment with this provider again.
I saw Shauna today, as I have many times in the past, and let me tell you, there is a GREAT reason that she books out, at least a week! She always listens, uses logic, reason, AND medicine to address the issue that you came for, then gives you a thorough "once over," to help avoid future issues. These folks are always courteous, polite, and exceedingly helpful. I admit, my travel schedule has made me a bit of a pain in the butt, and yet, EVERYONE, ALWAYS treats me professionally, and with respect.....if the matter is more serious, they will even OCASSIONALLY "work you in," which typically equates to high-end, expensive, so-called "concierge" practices......and they do all of this, while ACCEPTING Medicaid!! Excellent job, and THANK YOU Shauna, Dr. Fine, and the ENTIRE TEAM please keep it up!
He's over booked his staff is rude and unprofessional he didn't care about my wellbeing just the money he's getting paid he stopped filling my depression meds and I never went back.
Dr. Fine is straight and to the point. He went above and beyond in our initial meeting, and has listened to me each time I've gone in. He's also quick, so the appointment never takes longer than 5-10 mins.
Excellent Doctor, and truly cares for his patients.
Dr. Fine's approach to medical care leaves much to be desired. He rarely talks to me. He always wants follow-up appointments but never says why. He is not communicative at all. Most of the time he won't even look at me. I would not recommend him at all. In fact, I'm looking for a new Dr.
Dr Fine was seemingly disinterested and unbothered with mine and my husbands concerns regarding a colon cancer diagnosis for which we were seeking a second opinion. He was uncommunicative, unresponsive and dismissive. We left his office feeling worse than when we arrived.
Dr. Andy is very attentive. He has wonderful energy and always provides me with answers and quality service. Very grateful for him and his excellent staff.
He is I would say the best Doctor in Colorado from my experience, He is not going to mess around with your care. He is very detailed and knows exactly what He is doing, a Dr. you can trust!
A great experience, the Dr. and his staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The Dr. immediately addressed my problem and had a follow-up scheduled within a week .
Everyone is so kind at this office! And I loved the beautiful artwork. For a somewhat anxious patient...this was a good experience.
First visit was good and hopefully he will be able to help in the long run.
Dr. Fine is great! Don't usually have to wait very long, he gets the job done!
He worked quickly and effectively without much wait time !
I've only seen Dr. Andy Fine once before I was passed around from doctor to doctor with each visit. I checked in earlier than my appointment time every time but was always called in 10-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, where I would then wait an additional 20-30 minutes in the patient room before I would be seen, and then check out would be yet another 10-20 minute wait. The staff was generally helpful, but that's about as good as it gets here.
This appointment was for a member of my family. I was impressed with both the timeliness and the care and thoughtfulness of all of the staff... Thoroughly professional and equally personable. I will recommend this physician and his staff to anyone!
I am a new Medicaid patient and I received excellent attention and two referrals. Ear infection diagnosed and HBP medication corrected. Thank you.
The Doc quickly diagnosed my immediate needs, wrote four prescriptions, scheduled a full physical and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. Great first appointment.
Everyone was super nice and I felt very comfortable with the Doctor.
He was extremely fast and professional
Excellent, entire staff very personable. Very happy to have found them!
I made an appointment to ask about birth control options. The doctor basically said, "IUD is your best choice!" And left me with that. He sent out a referral to an OBGYN that never called me and took a blood and urine sample without telling me what for. A week later I called back to try to figure out what this referral was, and I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to talk to an actual person. I kept getting voicemails for an on call nurse or was passed around to an unending ring. Finally talked to someone at the front desk and they said the OBGYN he referred me to would call me, but gave me the number anyway. When I called that number, they said usually patients reach out themselves. I'll be switching doctor's offices after this. Too many experiences sinilar to this where I left feeling like no one answered any of my questions or was clear about what my next step was.
Dr. Fine is a very good and intelligent doctor. I have only had two appointments with him, but on those two visits Dr. Fine addressed my issues, told me what to expect in future appointments. I realize from other reviews that some people find him to curt and sees anxious to get the visit over with, but I did not. I found him very easy to talk to and very thorough. Just when you go to see him stay on point and only discuss your medical issues, he is not there to have tea with you, talk about your professional or social life. If you need someone to talk to find a therapist! His staff was wonderful! The people at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful and the two assistants I have met, Alexis and Adam were absolute sweethearts! I highly recommend Dr. Fine and his staff for your medical needs.
Dr. Fine was very professional and courteous. I felt he had a genuine concern for my well-being as a patient! I highly recommend his services.
Everyone was nice, but they did bloodwork and took a urine sample without really telling me why. They were going to refer me to a soecialist fir a question I had, but it was unclear when they would be doing that (nobody told me anything at my visit). Need to call back for some clarifications.
There was no comfort that came with meeting this Dr. He was to the point, no nonsense, what's wrong with you. I feel as though it was a wasted trip and I wouldn't recommend him. He didn't take time to get to know me or act like he cared why I was there. Usually you get a sense of relief with a game plan. Not from him you won't.
First visit, a lot of paperwork, after that it was all pretty smooth.
Nice guy. Treated me very well.
Very short and too the point. Didn't even ask me if I had any questions regarding my prescription and didn't actually accomplish what I came there to do.
He is straight forward and honest. He does a good job unless it's busy in the office.
It was a good visit. We had been managing back pain but came to the conclusion that we need an MRI. I felt listened too.
Visit was prompt, but office was rushed this morning, and I had to come back for a missing prescription.
Excellent care and service from the doctor and the medical assistant. The front office and checkout process was very impersonal and there was no privacy. I will return though, because the doctor is great.
Dr. Fine is a precise, thoughtful, and thorough. However his office continues to go through changes. I feel he should hire a Case Manager, to assist with some things.
Dr Andy Fine was great! He had me in and out in no time. Because of my prescription, I have to come in on a regular basis, and each time there has been a long in depth conversation about life/stress/ and how to best improve my overall health; they do care about you. While there are a few negative comments on here, I have been coming to his office for the past year and a half and have never had an unpleasant experience. Some people forget that while you do schedule an appointment for a certain time, this is just like any other doctors office and sometimes its more beneficial to make sure everyone gets the medical care they need rather than adhering to a strict time schedule.
Outstanding professional staff!!
Andy fine is a to the point kind of guy. He knows his stuff and provides the right medication and counsel. I am happy with Dr Fine and would recommend him to anyone that has complicated issues as he is an internist, he knows much more than any of my prior Primary care physicians.
I've been a patient of Dr. Andy Fines for 5 years now and he has always been concerned about what was going on with me health wise. He makes sure your taken care of before you leave his office. Before becoming a patient of Dr. Fines I tried 3 different doctors offices and they were just bad news. Then a friend referred me to Dr. Fines office and I was surprised to find such great service. The staff was so friendly, and on top of their game. That goes a long way. Thank you Dr. Fine for your Fine service and your staff as well. Marc
Dr. Fine just gets straight to the point, but he didn't spend more than 5 minutes with me. I didn't get to talk to him about any of my concerns or go into much detail. It was definitely frustrating. If you choose Dr. Fine be aware he only spends a couple mins with you at the most!
Hitler had a better bed side manner.
Dr. Fine was thorough, but seemed rush. He was quick to recommend medication to solve my issues, and I'm not always a fan of taking meds without other options. He did help me with the issue I was in for, but instead of really listening about another potentially chronic issue, he scheduled me for a follow-up next month, threatening meds even though he really doesn't have any data to support that. No recommendations with regard to exercise, diet, etc. I'd prefer a doctor who wasn't so quick to jump in with medication.
I was in and out very quickly with a confident diagnosis and a clear solution to the problem, as well as a good outline of the prognosis going forward.
he was great and so helpful!
I've been to this doctor before and I drove 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't take my insurance anymore. They could've called.
Last time I visited the office, I was very disappointed with Dr. Fine's bedside manner. Today, however, I was very pleased with my appointment with him. He was very kind, especially considering the type of questions I needed to ask today. He seemed taken aback by the medications I requested because my pain specialist as of October 1st is no longer accepting my insurance and had told me to ask my PC. I knew from the get go that Dr. Fine would not give me the medications. It was an expectation that I had and so I wasn't disappointed. I knew better. I had to ask to exhaust all of my resources so when I see my specialist I can tell him I did so, and if he wants to check himself he can. Normally, when you ask a doctor for the scripts I was asking for they are snotty. He wasn't. He said he didn't understand why I was given them in the first place, and that just because my specialist doesn't want to take my insurance anymore doesn't really get him off the hook for treating me until a new provider is found. I was very glad to have a professional agree with me on that point. I wasn't only there to get scripts today. I also needed to go over my lab work results, and get my flu shot. I took quite a bit of his time, and he treated me with the utmost respect and dignity even though they were slammed today. He told me how to fix my labs without extra medication and I did get my flu shot. I need a followup in two months and other than that I am good to go for a while. Overall a good visit and I am glad I gave him another chance. I don't know what went wrong the previous visit, but I do know we all have tough days and that probably had something to do with it.
Short sweet and probably not necessary
I love the office staff they are so kind and I love how DrAndy gets to the point!!
I rated Dr. Fine's bedside manner as excellent, but that's not to say it's for everyone. If you want someone who will coddle you and tell you everything's gonna be ok, he might not be for you. If you want someone who will tell you what's wrong and help you get better, then he's your doc. One visit and I already like this guy a lot. Plus all the staff I dealt with were super-friendly and efficient.
I don't know if he was having a bad day or if this is how he behaves now. I have seen Dr. Fine a couple of times and the first two I was very pleased. He was kind, he listened to my problems, and the overall visit was pleasurable for a visit with the doctor. Today he was cold, uncaring, and didn't really seem to want to ask me anything else or even want to figure out why I was there. I had to reschedule this appointment once to make sure I could make it and I guess maybe that could have had something to do with it, who knows? I am completely flabbergasted because the last two times I saw him, he did not act the way he did today. I was unsure at first if it was actually him because he just acted so much differently. He was unrecognizable. I am pretty disappointed. I have a physical with the office next week, but I won't be seeing him for that. I will probably give him another chance, but if my next visit with him is as bad as this one I probably won't return. There are other doctors who would appreciate my business and treat me like a person. So we will just have to wait and see.
First visit today with Dr. Fine and I will absolutely not return. He was completely cold and impersonal, and I felt very very rushed. He even tried to treat my condition in the office without even examining the area or asking questions about previous treatments. Seriously disappointed in his demeanor and told the front desk staff as much.
The visit was great I didn't have any concerns. Using ZocDoc to make the appointment was very easy and helpful. I checked in through ZocDoc and didn't have to fill out any other paperwork when I got there. Everything and everybody was very nice.
I am changing doctors. I have been on the same pescriptions for years and have never had problems with them until I go see Andy fine he drops my doses on my meds. This time without telling me he said I tested positive for meth and there is no way I also asked to be tested again, didn't happen. I told him I had anxiety didn't even discuss it. Or test my pee for infection I saw him for. 2 min and he sends me with a week of prescription when I've beenjoyed getting monthly.
Expanded upgraded fresh office space, and spacious waiting area. The nursing staff made me feel welcome, courteous and smiling. All in all, a great visit!
Very pleasant and knowledgeable with an excellent personality to go with it.
Current and up to date. Efficient and follows through. Bedside manner direct but listened.
Dr. Fine did a great job listening to my concerns and put me on a treatment plan that is working so far. I was very happy with my experience and will be back.
I appreciated Dr. Fine's professional manner and understanding of my issues. He didn't jump to prescribing opiates for my pain and instead suggested ways of addressing the real problem. Everyone in the office was very nice and I was in and out in about an hour.
After only 2 visits with Fine, and a joke of a "physical" with his PA, and NOT ONCE being able to discuss some concerns I had, I find Fine and his entire staff very cold and uncaring. I will NOT be returning for my next appointment.
Very professional. Listened to my concerns and have me the information needed to make a good decision about my health. Moved fluidly from one part of the session to the next with very little wait.
Very friendly staff, excellent care.
The visit was excellent. He was on time and very qkuick.
He was very friendly and seems to care about his patients, even if they are new.
Dr fine and his medical assistant were fantastic. Very friendly and personable. His check out guy though, he could use some customer service training. I waited by his desk for a good minute or two while his eyes were glued to his computer screen. When he finally looked up he asked me if the doc even brought my check out paperwork. He had. It was sitting on the copy machine behind him. We never got a hello or a thank you. My 12 year old even noticed the lack of customer service.
Very pleasant experience!
I had a short wait and quick service the people here are very kind and welcoming thanks guys
Dr. Fine demanded I delete a poor ZocDoc review that I left for one of his PAs before he would refill any medications. What unprofessional, shockingly pathetic behavior. His charts are wrong, his office is unresponsive, and I seriously doubt his competence to practice medicine. Avoid this office at all costs.
Dr. Fine listened to my concerns and addressed them. I was pleased with the visit.
Great- love the office staff and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend Dr. Fine's office!
I had a good , first visit with Dr. Fine today. He was very straight to the point and forward throughout the appointment and during our interaction. That said, there was no small or 'getting to know you' talk, so if you prefer (or require) a provider more along those line I would recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, proceed; it seems like you are in good hands. look elsewhere; otherwise
Fantastic Doctor. He spoken to me about numerous of questions I imposed.
As a new patient I was a little anxious. But the experience was very good. Check in process was easy and Dr Fine was quick but very thorough. I was very pleased with the medical care and experience at the appointment.
We've recently moved my 80 year old mother-in-law from Texas to Colorado to live with us. She has many health issues and has been extremely anxious about meeting a new doctor and reviewing her history. She loved Dr Fine. Felt very comfortable and safe and was impressed by how thorough he was. It was a great experience for her. She is very happy to have him as her new primary doctor.
Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming. The wait time was only about 10 minutes. Dr Fine was very personable and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be returning to this office.
Nothing but good things to say. Dr. Fine & his staff were attentive and very helpful.
I always enjoy my time with Dr. Fine and his lovely staff. Very friendly!
As always, my visit was very pleasant with Andy Fine. He shows genuine concern for my health and demonstrates excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended.
He was very nice and knowledgeable! Very straight forward as well and I appreciate that!
I was very pleased with my visit, only waited 5 minutes, Dr. Fine was very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff was nice and caring
Dr. fine had a better bedside manner. He was sociable and listened to my needs.
He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and truly goes the extra mile to do what is necessary to help his patients be healthy. I recommend his practice to anyone.
Very pleasant, was sympathetic to my situation and wanted to find the best solution. It was easy to book an appointment thru zocdoc. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Fine and his staff. I recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Fine was rushed and did not take the time to listen to patient concerns. When the care manager requested more time to discuss medical concerns he stated that the topics were too complex and he could not spend more time on them (he was with the patient for less than 5 minutes). His tone and body language toward this 87 year old patient was harsh and abrasive.
Thought it went very well
I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Fine. He was prompt and courteous and addressed my concerns. His office staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this office and Dr. Fine in particular.
He was very nice and to the point. Will be back for sure.
Hands down the worst bedside manner I have EVER seen and I have been to many doctors.
Showed up to the office 5 months pregnant and with a broken rib, I was seen right away.. And the staff was very nice! My new PCP!
It was great! Dr. Fine and his staff were very professional.
Very cold he was not interested
Everything went well.
Dr. Fine is too rushed. He multiple books patients for the same time and runs around from room to room. By the time he gets back to you he can't remember what you are there for. He has the bedside manner of a mackeral. After going to a Tylenol- sponsored conference he told me acetomenephine is as good for pain as vicodin. He didn't believe me when I told him I had four total joint replacements and had severe knee pain. Then his office billed me over $200 when I am totally covered by insurance. This guy is a total creep. He hates people. He should work on machines.
Better this time. Staff was efficient and courteous. Dr. Fine followed through without incident.
Great bedside manner. Very attentive. Office staff were caring and friendly.
He barely looked at me, he really seemed like he didnt care about me. I can understand why though, it was a run down office, and the people on medicaid that were there were pretty run down as well. I dont think he has much pride in his work.
I enjoyed the visit so much I`m going again next Friday. Did not have to wait long for anybody. Very Professional. And as a rule I don`t like going to a doctor for anything.
Horrible!!!the doctor was in and out and did not listen to my husband nor I at all! I was still talking to him asking him questions, mid sentence he gets up and walks out and a nurse comes in immediately before he is out the door and says, ready to check out. Um....actually I was talking to the doctor still,?? What! And my husband was trying to hand him paper work. This doctor was so rude and awful! All he did was write a script, oh yeah I mean 3! And when we did check out his office staff said that is how his appointments go, 5 min.
This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and seemed very efficient. Dr. Fine was very professional, prompt and very efficient as well. I believe I will be quite happy using this practice as my primary care provider.
My first few visits to Dr. Fine were excellent. The past three visits - 1) he was ill and not seeing patients (was told after I arrived) 2) saw the PA - thought he did a great job 3) the last visit - I asked a question about my thyroid medicine. Dr. fine said well lets get it tested. But the prescription he wrote for blood work, didn't check my thyroid levels. I don't like the new office setup. It made me feel like I was at a walk-in clinic
Beside manner was pretty bad. He was very short and in a rush. He didn't take much time to go over my history. He just went straight to solutions and drugs to fix my issues. I would ask him to slow down next time. Seems very knowledgable and an action taker!
Absolutely terrible! Very unprofessional and rude. Didn't seem to care about what I had to say, told me to be quiet while explaining my symptoms so he could talk, he spoke condescendingly as if I was inferior. I waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time.
t he man has too many patients, i felt like he was in a hurry and only provided help for one thing and i have multiple problems and he just ignored me. doctors are not very personal anymore. just too busy to care.
I am dissatisfied with his rushing through with one comment that I made and he didn't bother to address any of my other problems. I have been experiencing headaches, I have high blood pressure and he didn't bother addressing that. He just doesn't take the time necessary to examine his patients, or listen to them.
I found this doctor to have no bedside manner, answers were curt, no interest in background history, no eye contact and was given an alternative.
I went in for birth control and the doctor never talked to me about the prescription he was writing, how to take it, or how long it takes to work. I got zero information at all and I waited in the room for an hour and a half. He admitted to forgetting about me, which happens, but to not give me proper info or discuss types of birth control at all with me was extremely disappointing. I am going to find another doctor.
Dr. Fine has a terrible bedside manner. If you choose to go to this office see Rick Eaton he is the PA and he is wonderful.
Very thorough and professional. His manner was friendly and engaging. What also impressed me is that he talked to me during my time there. So many other docs I have seen, spent more time looking at the computer screen than they spent talking to me. I appreciated Dr. Fine's personal approach.
Very quick, almost too quick. Sometimes I feel like I'm the one doing the diagnosis by offering the information about my health. I hope the doctor and the staff are investigating my health to catch something I'm unaware of.
staff is always kind and helpful! makes sure that all aspects of my health are doing well
Was done in less than 30 minutes, including checking in and out. Never had a bad experience there.
Staff was friendly and put me at ease for a first time visit. Dr . Fine was professional and seemed genuinely interested in my health and future care.
Very poor bedside manners. Acted as if he did not have time to discuss my issues. Wrote RX for 2.00 mg and should have been 0.25 mg. WOW
Zocdoc appointment made two days earlier not recorded in the Doctor's computer -> appointment not honored. Doctor's computer offline until noon -> unable to fulfill prescriptions regardless of whether or not appointment honored.
Fast and professional
I read bad reviews regarding him and his service after I booked an appointment with him however my experience turned out to be rather pleasant, quick, professional. Overall great...
Dr. Fine was professional and efficient. I had to make sure I asked as many questions as I could. He cares about his patients and is going to see me again in a week. Was not expecting that.
They were amazing and super helpful!
The appointment itself was ok. Really rushed, was only seen for 3-5 minutes, and that was all. My real issue is with the office side, where I waited forever to be checked in and seen, and I never had a prescription make it to my pharmacy without requesting a paper copy to take myself. I'm told I have to make an appointment to refill a medication that I have been taking for 7 years without any issue for a chronic condition I have. I would rather find another provider who knows and understands my situation, instead of rushing through my appointment playing catch-up. Additionally, their phone system is terrible. It's automated, and is very difficult to get in touch with an actual human to answer your questions. The system will actually hang up on you, and doesn't tell you how to reach a receptionist. When you do, you're put on hold, then you wait forever, and when you finally talk to someone you usually get a non-answer. This process of trying to get reasonable care, and be able to speak with someone about my specific needs was so stressful I decided to switch providers.
My experience was superb. Friendly receptionist, almost no wait time, kind well preformed nurse, and attentive/professional doctor. They really met my needs and made it comfortable to get treatment.
I've been going to Dr. Andy Fine's office now for 5years now. Dr.Fine is quick and always knows how to fix a problem right away. He is all business trying to get to the root of the problem, but with a friendly attitude. I've recommended him to my mom and sister. They both were impressed. His office has be going through lots of changes. But eventually it will be for the better us the patients. I'm impressed with the new staff. Dr. Andy your a great doctor and friend. Thanks to all the staff as well.
Staff is understanding of adhd and asperger patients. The office is under construction so it is loud.
Had a 9:00 AM appointment but wasn't called back until 9:30. Wait times have increased but they're also going through an expansion and it's a busy time. No worries on my end. I appreciate Dr. Fine and his staff every time and have no complaints. This is a great office and I feel they listen, are concerned and make sure they check up on you to ensure medications, changes, etc... are working in your best interest. Great office. Great staff!
He was very attentive and professional. It qas my first time there and ill definitely be back.
Excellent very thorough great listener. Attentive.
Great dr. Nice and took time to listen.
Mr. Fine and his staff were very polite and respectful. They were so busy and they were still really quick and really nice. I will remain with his office.
Not good! It is just a medical machine, just writing scripts.
The Doctor seemed genuinely concerned for my issue and I think we're going in the right direction. Dr. Fine didn't try to just give me a bandaid for a problem but a real solution.
Dr. Fine seems to really care about his patients and I'm glad I found him.
It was great.Less than ten minutes and I was walking out the door. Quickist flu shot ever.
My visit with Doctor Andy Fine was pleasant and helpful. Having not been to a doctor in quite awhile I was not sure what to expect, maybe a little nervous. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I arrived to my appointment about 15 minutes early and was seen about right on time, within 15 minutes of my arrival. Doctor Fine addressed the reason for my visit as well as a couple other concerns he had regarding my health. Doctor Fine was very professional and personable, I would definitely recommend him and see him again.
Everything was great aside from waiting. They were very busy, but everyone was still very friendly.
I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and got in with 10 minutes waiting.
They knew I was sick and got me in right away. Great medical office and team.
More professional and better follow through. PA took time to listen and was understanding. He was efficient in ordering labs and doing medication refills. Thank you.
Very knowledgeable and confident
Waited super long to be seen for 5 minutes... The check out staff for the most part were rude and not willing to answer questions and ignored me half the time. The communication between the clinic and the pharmacy is ridiculous and seems like nobody knows what they are doing.. I wont be coming back.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Great patient care by nurses and Dr Fine. I will definitely continue with this office.
Dr. Fine is very thorough and not only addresses your concerns but wants to treat any underlying issues that may be contributing to your symptoms. His only concern is in ensuring your overall health and wellbeing.
It was a great first visit. The whole staff was so nice and helpful. I actually felt like a person not a number.
Waited 3 hours, then almost given a medication I am allergic to
I was so pleased with both the professional approach of staff and dr. As well as the feeling they were there to make your visit there as comfortable and easy as possible. Thank you Dr. Fine and staff.
I saw the PA Rick again and really like him!` Dr Fine just expanded his office big time!! All new staff and way more rooms, space and waiting room. The Key Is.. to book all your appointments here via Zoc Doc to get in when they are to busy ;)
fast and easy
The appointment itself wasn't a bad experience. The wait wasn't bad, and the lady that saw me was very nice. I needed two things after the appointment, a scheduled x ray and mammo. After two weeks, they finally called about the x ray. After I got my x ray they said Dr. Andy Fine would contact me to review so I could figure out what was wrong. This was in October and It is now January and I never got a call back from the office. I tried calling several times and no one would ever help me. Also, I never got a call like they said I would for a mammogram. Very unprofessional of them.
Nice manners and attention to detail. I liked him right away.
The office and doctor were great. The only problem was that the appointment time had been made online and the doctors office did not receive the information. They said they were having problems with the communication between the system and their office. This made for a very long wait to be seen by the doctor.
All the staff members I met were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Love the new office!
I had a great experience at Dr. Fine's office. Everyone was very friendly and professional!
This is the 3rd time I've been seen for the same issue, and I'm charged the same copay every time. I called after my second visit to let them know my meds were not working and no one ever called back, which is why I finally broke down and made another appointment. Waited for an hour to see the doctor for 5 min and be told the same thing they told me last time and given a new prescription. Doctor was not friendly, was rushed, and smelled weird. Told me there were medications over the counter for my issue, even though the pharmacist insists there are none. Just a mess. Every time.
He's a cold hearted doctor, he sure doesn't care about the well being of his patients. He's very short mannered. I truly believe that this man is in the wrong profession. I'm actually worse off than before going in.
Quick, professional, and very thorough...
Great practice. I'm seen by Dr. Kevin most of the time when I go and love this doctor.
It was a great office, very fast and super nice to work with
I love the doctors who see me but the wait time is always atrocious and today they were having issues with their computers and printers. It took me 4 hours to just go to the doctor and get a prescription filled from the time I left home to the time I got back. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my day off...
Far and away the best dentist I've ever been to. Even with all my dental issues, everyone at ICON makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. From the moment you walk they want to make you feel good. Coffee or water. Light conversation. And then semi private areas to discuss your teeth. It's also really nice that they let you know, every step of the way, what it is they are doing. And then, making sure and verifying you're still ok and comfortable the whole time. Truly the greatest people.
They have no business dealing with peoples life..... It took over a month of me calling everyday and finally showing up for them to give me my test results On my Warfarin levels !!!! I explained that my life depends on those levels no response. It took me another month to get through to the office and make an appointment. Then the office called to cancell a couple hours before I was supposed to be there!!!! I took off work that day because my appointment was midday. The girls at the front desk are very rude and haven't a clue what is REALLY going on! When trying to voice my concern to a practitioner I was hurried and basically dismissed!!!! Worst Doctors office I have ever been to. They were talking about how they wanted to drop ZocDoc because of them being overwhelmed with patients.... ZocDoc is the only way I could get an appointment..... I've called and called no answer or put on hold then told there were no appointments. Also overheard that other offices (INCLUDING THE LAB) CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM EITHER!!!!
The office staff is very unprofessional and slow. The Dr himself and his PAs have always been on point. He really needs to invest in a better staff.
The staff was very friendly but it was clearly over booked. Having people standing and waiting in the hall and a wait to check in and out. And when I finally got in to see the doctor he was so rushed because he was so behind I didn't really feel like I was important.
I honestly have never written an online review but I am seriously upset about their treatment. I have been seeing this doctor for over 5 months now at least 7-8 visits. The first time I met him he was very rude and made me feel like I was seriously inconveniencing him showing up on time and waiting 30+ minutes before he saw me I was the inconvenience. I decided to give him a second try thought maybe he was having a bad day or what not. The last 6 or 7 visits have always been nurse practitioners who were all very nice so I decided to stay. The first visit he ordered me a blood test which is fine except he decided add a nice pregnancy test to just because he apparently felt that was necessary for a grown male. I did not catch this till I received my bill after my 5th visit and my mother-in-law who is an RN saw it. When I asked them to remove it they stated they would but I am still fighting the bill. I unfortunately lost my insurance last month and cannot afford the uninsured visit this month when I asked them if they could give me a refill on the prescription and explained my circumstance they refused and said I have to see them before they will. I have been taking this drug for years they know this and have the records to show that, and I have been regularly seeing them. This is not a controlled substance I have checked and have been given refills many times over the years with a simple phone call to my doctor. But for some reason they just flat out refuse and they are not even nice about it is just "no too bad". They have been nothing but rude and unaccommodating. In short you want to feel like you do not matter and neither does your well being this is the place for you.
The did not confirm my appointment, I showed up and there was no one there. The office was locked and their phone number listed on Zoc Doc, Yelp, Dr. Andy Fines website, etc., was disconnected. This is not the first time this had happened to me. I had scheduled an appointment in person with the front desk for the last Saturday of October and when I showed up the same thing had happened. Door was locked and no note was posted for the patients. However their phone number at that time was going to voicemail but no one returned my voicemail to apologize or tell me why they were closed. I had even left 2 voicemails on the previous day, Friday, to try and confirm my apptmt but no one called me back that day either. Apparently they've decided to change locations or been shut down but if that's the case they need to have a voicemail explaining that and they need to stop allowing patients to schedule online appts & appts with ZocDoc. I've also been waiting since July for 2 referrals to go thru to my insurance so I can see specialists for the growths Dr. Fine found in my uterus. RIDICULOUS doctor I'd advise to stay away from this provider if you value your time, health and life.
I would not recommend Dr. Fine. He was incredibly condescending and judgmental. Willbe seeking a new doctor.
Everyone is very fast and professional at this office. Paul Mack has been treating me since this first visit and he is by far my favorite doctor of all time! You can tell he cares about his clients.
I've found Dr. Fine to be friendly, but also alienating and difficult to communicate with, as he appears to "dumb" his language down to a level that I find disruptive for an effective patient/physician relationship. Fortunately, Dr. Find has hired well-qualified PA's (physician assistants) with excellent communication skills, but they also seem stressed and under very tight time constraints that may be unrealistic at times for effective primary care. Also, the online services for patient communication are frequently offline. Office staff have told me they are unaware of and cannot help with this issue. And, when calling this office several times via telephone, calls often go to voicemail, and several times messages have not been returned. Today, and on several other days, I've called and I am unable to leave a voicemail because the office's voice mailbox is full.
it was great had all my questions answered
The lobby was a bit small and the office was busy and slightly chaotic. However, the staff is very kind and helpful. I like being able to schedule online and it seems easy to get in quickly. I've tried calling to schedule and ZocDoc is much quicker and easier.
Great staff, quick and proficient.. Couldn't ask for more
This staff is very professional, efficient, and fast..
Great, except for Armondo ( think that is his name ) in reception. Not friendly and only called in one RX, not the two prescribed to me. It took him 30 minutes to check me out and he never did apologize for being slow and rude.
I, unfortunately, haven't been able to see Dr. Fine in quite a few months because he's been out of the office celebrating the birth of a new child. But I have seen two of his PA's, Paul and Kevin. They've both been fantastic and kind. The medical assistants have also been really great. There was someone new sitting at the front desk when I went in this morning, she was nice but generally the person checking people in is pretty rude. Overall, I'm happy with the doctors and nurses so dealing with a rude front desk isn't so bad.
They pay attention to everything.
I thought it was great how easy it was to get an appointment when I needed it.
The office failed to find the fax about the purpose of my appointment so the doctor was unable to send the prescription for my durable medical equipment. The office staff were very slow and were not good with computers. I had to wait 30 minutes after seeing the doctor just to be told I could go. They call this "checking out". Another patient next to me had to wait over 90 minutes to "check out". All she needed was a signature from the doctor. The office staff kept putting callers on hold but I never saw them actually take a call. When I tried to schedule a followup they told me they couldn't do that but that I should call them (aka the same people at the desk) to do it. I think they were just too busy and incompetant. Dr. Fine seemed ok, but he did ask me to leave a positive review which I thought was lame. He said narcotic junkies were giving him bad reviews because he wouldn't write them a prescription. Even if that is true (which wouldn't surprise me), you should earn your positive reviews, not ask for them.
The doctor was quick but thorough I felt. It was a pleasant experience.
I am a new patient to this office. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. The exam was very thorough and I felt like I was in good hands. She understood exactly what I was reporting as my symptoms and had great advice for me. The medical assistant that took my vitals was also great and made me feel comfortable. The wait was a bit long, around 40 minutes and the waiting room was packed, not enough chairs for everyone. Overall it was a good experience and I will make Dr. Fine my primary care provider.
My experience with everyone in the office has been very friendly and welcoming. The PA's and MA's really do care for their patients.
Check in and out was efficient and friendly. The MA's were experienced and through. Great bedside manner. Paul PA, was kind and efficient. Excellent follow through. Thank you
Told me what was wrong within 5 minutes and sent me home with the fattest antibiotics I think I've ever seen.
visit was with his MA, a gentleman very engaging, affable, gave me time to ask question, bring up concerns
Dr. Fine was good the first few times I visited him. Then my wife went to him and he was a real jerk to her. I do not recommend him!
I was in and out there wasn't any question and answer. I felt like a number I was asked to reschedule and do a physical. the physical took 2 minutes and I was sent to do lab work again no questions were asked, they couldn't get me out of their office soon enough. Lab results came back normal that all the secretary or nurse said over the phone! again no questions were asked about me Is this what has happened to the medical industry? This group is the worst I could have imagined
I was really impressed with the staff there. I haven't been to the doctors in 12 years and they made me feel like I was important and listened to everything I had to say and made me fell comfortable. I would highly recommend this office
This was my first appointment and I did not have to wait at all. The staff was efficient and friendly as well as Dr. Fine. I am very happy with my choice for Dr. Fine to be my primary Md .
My appointments at this office are always quick and with care, everything is explained to me and all is done that needs to be done. Great office!!!!
Once you make it past the rude front desk people the doctors are great. It's a shame the front desk tarnishes their name before you get to see a doctor. However if you can put up with them the doctors are worth it.
Long wait for some reason today but always a good experience with Dr. Fine and his staff.
I thought I could never find a good Medicaid doctor in Denver or surrounding suburbs! Dr. Fine addressed all my issues explained the medicines and treatment plan in great detail. Also had very good eye contact and was very well mannered. He will be my permanent doctor! Excellent!
He was able to see me with no issues and I would be happy to visit him again!
Although he was very busy this morning, he did address my issue and scheduled me for a physical in 2 weeks to follow up with some other issues I have. Great doc!
They have no running water in the whole office meaning the Doctors don't wash thete hands. Have to pee in the public restroom and carry your urine sample all the way through the hallway and through the office. no talents to wipe either.
He was hurried and impatient with me. I was embarrassed about recent weight gain and he made nasty, degrading comments to me. To be very clear: this is not a negative post because I was drug seeking and he wouldn't help. I don't take pain meds / opiates, etc so that wasn't even involved. I am scared to see any dr now because that was such an upsetting experience.
the visit and staff was friendly, BUT this was my 1st visit being im a new resident to Colorado, and I came in for my blood pressure check and when I went to go pick up my meds at pharmacy that the staff SAID they had faxed over to the pharmacy, it was NEVER called in....... so when I called at 430 that Friday the answer service answered and I informed her of my situation. and she said she could not contact the DR over a SCRIPT. MY BP was in the 100's she said I would have 2 wait till Monday, so being with NOOOO bp meds for 3 days I was infuriated with the answering service... it was NOT my fault. my script was NOT called in as SAID... so I spent my night at the ER, costing more $$$$ so I cud get a script to get me thru till Monday, my BP was 157/107......
Dr. Fine is very analytical and takes time to assess all of my comcerns. He also takes the time to create a treatment plan not only for my known health issues but to prevent future issues and put me on a plan to better health overall. Although he is conservative, his treatment plans are reasonable and sound.
I am exceptionally nervous when visiting a new doctor. With my plethora of problems I am always afraid of being judged, or treated as a hypochondriac. Luckily, today went well. I was able to book a same-day appointment, which is helpful because waiting makes me very anxious. Paul was very kind, and listened to all of my concerns. I will certainly be back!
This office was great, I didn't feel well and it was the easiest, most friendly and efficient Dr.s office I have been to in along time. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
It was what I expected. I was happy to get in fairly quickly. Dr. Fine was quick but it took a while to get back.
professional and friendly !
Although Dr Fine was very busy, he was very attentive. He immediately responded to my questions and was very helpful. I am happy that I made the right choice.
He is a very busy man He gave me the medicine I needed and great advice today .. Thank you doctor Andy Fine See you in a month.
I'm not usually a fan of going to the doctor, usually due to the uneasiness I get from telling a stranger detailed personal information and then being treated as just another 'appointment' to get through but Dr. Fine was very easy going and personable, yet still professional. It felt more like I was conversing with a close friend or relative that I could open up to without being judged. Let's face it, that is a quality we all want in somebody that we have to let into our personal space. He also seemed very knowledgeable on a number of topics that we discussed. Overall, I would most definitely recommend Dr. Fine to anybody that is looking for a great doctor.
didn't listen to what I wanted information on. rushed, unclear and disorganized.
I didn't catch his name - but assuming it was Dr Fine, he had great bedside manners and addressed my concerns
Dr. Fine is always prompt, listens and provides great follow-up
Best dr ive been to in the last 20 years. he was very nice and efficient and would recommend to my family and friends
Very punctual and competent staff very friendly and smallest wait time for any doctor appointment I've ever had in the past.
Excellent visit today, I am very pleased. Very efficient check in process with pleasant staff. I was seen right away at my appointment time. Nurse was also efficient checking vitals and gathering information. Dr. Fine was pleasant and accommodating, addressing all of my concerns. Short visit yet I did not feel rushed. All around a good experience and I will return.
First visit, friendly, follow up in a week. He was knowledgeable and personable.
Great Doctor! I've referred friends here, as well.
I felt comfortable and taken care of. I feel like it will be a good fit for me.
He was very nice and compassionate
I enjoy going to his office and the people there are great and they work with you.
Little wait and professional service.
Thorough, showed concern
Dr. Fine was great. I have been looking for a doctor for a while who would be direct with me, but also have my best interest in mind. As a new patient, I felt immediately at ease and assured that I would be taken care of. Thank you!
Everything was standard, and good. The doctor was very accommodating and listened to everything on my "list". He didn't seem overly interested in my case over all, but he was responsive, kind and professional. He took care of everything that needed immediate attention. He didn't seem be especially happy, or passionate about his job, but that may just be the impression from that hour or day that I saw him. I will go back.
He was very personable and professional he took his time with me to address everything I was concerned about and wasn't in a hurry!
I really enjoy going to see Dr. Andy Fine. but i would like to say that the nurse that they have is not very friendly at all. She looks like really does not enjoy her job. The doctor though was very friendly and informational.
Dr. Fine was absolutely cold and rude during our visit. I was spoken to in a patronizing manner throughout. I was told "you're experiencing all of these symptoms? You've checked off like 900 things" "Your lungs sound junky". These are just a couple of the things I was told in this session. I would never recommend Dr. Fine to anyone, ever.
Dr Fine and his staff are always available and on time. Follow-up paper work is attended to with out follow-up.
As I said last time, he is fantastic. The time in the receiving room is short less than 15 minutes, then less then 20 to see the doctor once you're checked in. He is quick, to the point, and thorough. He seems to care about his patients, which is a must for me. I really like him, for a doctor he is pretty 'Fine' (good). I am glad to have found him.
I am glad that I gave him another try. He is a good doctor and it is apparent that he does care.
Dr Andy Fine was one of the best Dr's that I have visited in the last 2 years. He listened to me & my problems & gave me the treatment that I needed. I am def keeping him as my PCP & coming back for a physical & all my future needs!!! Highly reccomend Dr. Fine!!!!
Dr. Fine was very helpful regarding my health concerns!
Outstanding, really listen to me and we are working on a plan to make me feel better.
In one of the visits Doctor Fine picked up a gown off the floor from behind the examining table and asked me to put it on. Never in my life have I had a doctor be so unprofessional.
Their nursing staff is nice, doctors were very thorough
Excellent doctor and very friendly. He took time to listen to me and I was very impressed
Dr. Fine's office was very efficient. I was seen quickly and my concerns were addressed. Dr. Fine was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him.
The staff didn't show any respect to me. My appointment was at 11:30 am I came before that in 15 mins. And they said I'm late and my appointment was at 10:30 am. I brought their card with me to show the time was written 11:30. However, two of them were yelling at me and trying to make me guilty. They weren't even nice when they were talking to me. Maybe they treating me like that because I'm international. I'm sure if I were an American they wouldn't do the same.
It was quick and easy. I hate going to doctors but if I have to go then I will always go see Andy Fine! He really made seeing the doctor easy today.
Today I was seen by Dr Kevin..I felt instantly comfortable with him. He is very knowledgeable, and spent a long time talking to me. The whole staff here are great. Never a long wait. I have been trying to figure out constant chest pain I have been having for many months. He is the first Doctor who has said I will find out what is wrong, and I think he will :)
Very nice, will try to make him my personal care provider
The visit was ok. But the bills afterward discontinued my future visits. They billed 2 different insurances to get more money and by doing so got both claims denied. They were given only 1 particular insurance. Its all about money it seems. Now I have to pay out of pocket and lost my insurance.
I felt very comfortable being seen by Kevin the PA.Very knowledgeable and I will recommend my Family& Friends to Dr Fine's office.
everyone in the office were very nice and courteous. Hardly any wait time at all which is always great. Dr. Fine was super nice and very thorough.
Quick, efficient service. Got a referral to a specialist, and even an unexpected even in-house treatment for pain management. I'm so happy to finally have a great primary care physician!
I am extremely happy with the visit to Dr Fine's office this morning. He came in and listened to all of my concerns, made sure to be comprehensive in the check up, then gave me the best path to get better. I guess you could say it was a ....Fine performance.
Dr. Fine was a wonderful staff. They work extremely hard to provide excellent health care to their customers.
Easy ..in and out. Dr was friendly and attentive.
Dr. Fine was very quick but still seemed thorough and had some interesting observations and recommendations for me. I hope to see him again soon for a physical. I trust Dr. Fine just from my first visit and hope he will continue to keep my trust.
He was rude, didn't care what we had to say..,.physically examined both my husband and myself at the SAMETIME. He did an anal exam, while the other was right there, not explaining what he was doing or why. I felt so violated!!! I did report him, but: he is still in practice. I had a full knee replacement, he wouldn't allow my POST op. meds be filled. My surgeon's were appalled and agreed to see me until I was able to find a new primary. HE WAS AWFUL-His Staff just sat in a assembly line making you feel like a prisoner
Well, the first visit I had was with a PA, and she was great. My follow up was with andy fine and hes probably saw me for less than a minute. He could really careless and was so quick to write me a script and get me out of there. I felt like it was a waste of my time.
Nothing to write home about, but also not bad. Small office with small examination rooms. Nurse was impersonal, nurse practitioner was average. Not impressed but also definitely not disappointed.
Very wonderful staff all around, I want to thank everyone there. Thank you!!!!!
I think it was very open honest friendly and much good environment and people are so helpful.
excellent dr., very course but does what is needed and over all fantastic Dr.
I waited about 15 minutes, which isn't too bad. I saw Kevin, who was great and really worked with me to figure out what was going on. I've been having headaches for three weeks (which is very unusual for me), and I had already seen another doctor who wasn't very helpful. Kevin asked a lot of questions, listened patiently, and so far the treatment is working. Overall, a great experience.
I saw the doctor for all of 5 minutes if that. He said I had a upper respiratory infection when I went in there for a malodorous smell coming from my skin. And a UTI.
Great doc, takes his time and listens
I had a concern that needed medical attention as soon as possible. Dr. Fine was able to fit me in at 9am when I booked online the night before. I was in and out in short order, taken care of as expected. Great practice... I think I found a doctor!
I have had my first visit with Andy Fine for some light-headedness and breathing trouble. Although he seemed very busy, he listened well and was assertive in a way that made me comfortable. He had some tests performed quickly and set another appointment with me next week. He gave me the feeling that we would be able to take control of my situation when I've had many doctors perplexed. I'd recommend him!
Dr. Fine is very patient and good at what he does I recommend him to my friends using Medicaide.
It was very pleasant.
I can't even describe how incredibly dissappointed I was in this office. I spent hours looking through reviews of doctors trying to find one that I thought would actually pay attention to me and listen to my concerns (as I've found that's hard to come by here in Denver). Dr. Fine had excellent reviews so I was excited for my appointment with him as I had been having consistent low back pain for three months and was desperate to find an answer for it. Upon my first visit they sent in a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor that I had been so excited to see. The nurse did not help me in any way and just prescribed me a cream to rub on it and scheduled a follow up visit for the next week. I asked that at the next appointment I please see Dr. Fine. My next appointment was truly disappointing and I was deeply hurt at how Dr. Fine treated me. I think the total amount of time I saw him was about 3 minutes. He never once looked me in the eyes, he did not have the time for me. I pointed to where my back hurt and he said "that's too tight" you'll need an injection. He left the room, came back in with a needle turned me around and stuck me in the back. He never even told me what he was injecting me with and I didn't even have time to ask. He then turned around and said they will check you out at the front desk and left the room. That was the end of it. It was the worst healthcare experience I've had in a long time and I was extremely upset after my appointment. They did give me a referral to physical therapy. I've called the physical therapy center multiple times and left multiple messages and have never gotten a call back. To top it all off I am still having the pain, whatever he injected me with did not help at all (if anything it is worse) and I've officially lost hope of any doctor in this city actually caring. If all you're after is a quick in and out prescription, this is the place for you. However, if you're looking for a caring physician who takes the time that you scheduled, look elsewhere.
Considering when I walked in it was standing room only,(but I was very early) I was suprised when was in a room getting my vitals taken within 25 minutes .Dr. Andy Fine blew my mind with his knowledge and concern about my issues. It was like he had been my personnal doctor fro my whole life, and it was the first time I had been seen by him. It has only been 2 days since he perscribed medications for my issue. I am confident he hit it on the nail by just the way I feel physically and mentally. I hope to keep him as my personal doctor, and thank God he takes medicaid....lol
meet with the doctor to go back on medication for ADHD he talked about treatment for acne something my past doctors have ignored as a concern as it is minor and has not caused scarring. will have another appointment next week to have a physical done.
Dr. Fine was very professioal and knowledgeable. His staff was very kind and helpful.
I feel like she doesn't completely listen to my thoughts and is rushing me
Dr. Fine talked to me for less than 30 seconds. My first visit however was with Dr. Kevin and he was great. I'll return to see Dr. Kevin for now on.
I am concern about the lump still on my neck, but I do recommend Dr. Fine in the highest response.
It was an excellent experience. This is the first time I've had insurance in a while and so this visit was a big deal. The doctor and staff really listened to my concerns
Overall my visit was great !
I have seen Dr Fine since I moved to Colorado. I have been very happy with his care.
Professional, limited wait, excellent - met my high standards and expectations!
While I did not see the dr. himself the PA was way above average. She was very smart, efficient and really evaluated my health. I am very comfortable having follow up visits with her. By the way, I am in the health care field.
Fast and thorough, extremely satisfied and highly recommended!
The doctor was great and I'll go back just for him. He was thorough and listened. However, the office was crowded, the front desk staff and nurse seemed very unprofessional. There was rude notes about not touching things, since "you didn't buy it", the examine room was very small and unkept (with a dirty robe on the floor under the bed) and the nurse smelled like armpits. I had to leave a urine sample in the bathroom that was in the hallway and extremely messy with water and toiletpaper on the floor. Most vitals weren't ever taken, just bloodpressure. Again, the doctor was great, I really liked him, but the location, office and staff was not inviting at all. If I was bleeding, I'd be afraid of a staff infection.
It was a very long wait time my entire visit.
While in the waiting room I heard multiple compliments concerning Doctor Fine from other patience which helped me feel better about seeing a new doctor. The fact that people were in and out of their appointments was amazing but then I wondered if he really had time to get all of the information he needs in such a short amount of time.
I'm pretty sure he wouldn't recognise me if we passed in the street. I got several test done over several visits, none of which even closely related to my chief complaint. In total I think I spent about 9 minutes with the doctor over the course of 3 visits and on one occasion the door wasn't even closed while discussing my private medical issues. I am looking for a primary care physician, and he is not it.
I enjoy the entire staff at Dr. Fine's office. From his front office staff to his Kevin his P.A.
I am very satisfied with Dr.Fine. I can now say I have a DOCTOR!
I was seen right away and was very happy with the front office as well as the doctor.
Short waiting time straight forward and direct All in all a good experience
Mr. Fine was great! He is right to the point and thorough. Will be going back next time.
We got in right away! great staff! And dr. Andy fine is great .So glad we found him on zocdoc. Thanks
Quick punctual and helpful
Every time I come see my "primary" care doctor, it is ALWAYS someone new. No one is ever on the same page, one week one of the doctors there will say one thing. Then the next time I come in, another new doctor, will say the exact opposite, and bash the other! Well, this visit I demanded to see Andy M. Fine. He was rushing and rude! This visit definitely makes me want to come back. On top of the inconsistency, and the rudeness, when I went to my pharmacy, they stated that my doctor didn't send authorizations to prescribe my medicine to me. That the authorizations can take up to a week for my doctor to even respond, here I am on day three with my medical condision untreated, not feeling well. Not to menchion, that I had spoken to him about my recent visit to the emergency room, I had a 103* fever for two days before I went; he lectured me for seeking help. I was told I am NEVER allowed to go to the emergency room, unless I'm dying. Thanks "Doctor" Andy M. Fine, this was a "great" visit.
He has two woman nurse practitioners who are awful. I've come in twice over two weeks sick with a cold and the won't prescribe any antibiotics. I've suffered over two weeks sick. These people don't care about their patients. They should be fired. Then they scheduled and appointment for Saturday and I drove 45 minutes to find the office closed. How unprofessional. Then I paged Dr. Fine twice and he never returned my call. All prospective patients beware and if your sick don't go to this dodoctor.Horrable attitude and they argue with you. Terrible place.BEWARE!!!!!!!
Love this doctor = will be back! He is efficient, very up front and will tell it like it is. Love that! He will become my regular doctor. Went in for a back issue and he took care of me no problem and without drugs!!! Love that!!!
When I came in, the waiting room was pretty full. However, people started getting taken out of the waiting room and into treatment rooms very quickly! I did not have to wait long at all before I was taken back. I loved everything about this office, and after being misdiagnosed somewhere else, Dr. Fine found out exactly what was wrong in no time and had me on my way with the right meds! I am feeling much better and cannot wait to go back next week for a check-up and physical.
my appointment with dr. fine was, indeed, fine. initially, I missed my bus and was late to the appointment, but his office understood (I'm new to the area and still grounding) and saw me despite my tardiness, simply informing me that they typically will only see patients if they are on-time or, at the latest, 15 minutes behind. dr. fine, himself, was busy with an office full of patients, but he treated me with respect, honesty, and knowhow! I am psyched to make him my primary care doctor!
Was enjoyable, if that's the right word. The office didn't stress or irritate me.
I went in for numbness, pain, and weakness in my right arm. Dr. Kevin diagnosed me with a nerve impingement at the C6 vertebrae. Only one day on his treatment plan and feeling so much better. Will be using this office for my primary care needs.
I wasnt seen by andy. I was seen by kevin and he has given me hope to a healthier life.. He expressed to me that changes need to be made now that im young before my problems become permanent
Dr. Fine was great! Easy to talk to and very professional. The office is uber efficient.
If it was not for the NP and how well she treated me, I would not be back. The desk person was not welcoming at all. He was so stressded about, what? It was not that he was not unfriendly, just the his work (computer ans such) seemed more important than the patient.
Wait time was very short and the office was pleasant. Nurse was friendly and Dr. Fine was very thorough and helpful.
He was concerned.. He did not try to mask my problem with meds but was more concerned about figuring out what is wrong.. Finally, I found a real doctor and not a pill mill.. I am so excited to get some answers.. Thanks Doc
He was friendly and knew what he was doing
I could probably clock the time he spends with me to under 3 min every time.
There were a lot of people in the waiting room but we were in and out in no time. I wish all my doctors apt, were this great!
He was professional and straight to the point.
Dr Andy Fine is an excellent doctor he figured out what was wrong with my stomach
Great visit, attentive staff and Dr Fine was very personable. Mark
By far the worst physician experience in many years...possibly ever. We have been several times since we thought "everyone has a bad day" and we tried to give the benefit of the doubt. No, this really is just a poorly run, poorly staffed, unprofessional office. Observing the way the staff rudely treated my wife would have been enough not to come back. I've only interacted with two at the front but they both acted as if doing their job to check us in was the highest inconvenience for them...and they showed it. Rolled eyes, big sighs, when asked for a drink of water they were incredibly put out to move two feet to get a cup so we could get water from the fountain. That was bad. However when meeting with Fine I was literally shocked. I've never heard a doctor who would cut you off when you're trying ask a question and just keeps saying "no!" before getting a few words into the question. And doesn't let you finish your questions. Also, his professionalism is appalling...he didn't even take the stethoscope out of his ears or leave the doorway during his incredibly short "consultation." He even left before answering the main purpose of the follow up necessitating that my wife call back in order to receive the information we were there for in the first place. Were this any other type of business I'd demand my money back. Given that it is a health care facility I would simply say it is apparent that they are churning through as many patients as possible and don't care about them. They're supremely rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Take heed and take your business elsewhere.
The office was packed, but the service was incredibly efficient. Kevin was great, I got more help in the time there than I have in years. I highly recommend this office.
I wasn't seen by dr. Fine but his colleague Kevin, was AWSOME! I'm sorry I can't remember his last name, lol but both of them were perfect help for me. I highly recommend them!!!!
I really like this office. I've had pain issues for over ten years. Docs I've seen in the past always recommended the same exact things even when I said they didn't work. Everyone at Dr. Fine's office has thoroughly listened to all my concerns and are actively helping me explore new options without trying to push a bunch of pills at me [which I really really appreciate]. I feel truely taken care of.
The doctor was very helpful and enthusiastic which made my visit pleasent. He was very professional and I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone!!
I was helped by a wonderful Dr. at Dr. Fine's office. The Dr. did take a little time in getting to me after I was settled in my room but, spent thirty minutes talking to me so, I assume all patients get that treatment. I have not been to a Dr. in ten years because I can't stand them and they cost to much. These people gave me a very different opinion about the medical profession. Can't say enough positive things about this Dr. office and look forward to my next appointment.
Really glad I picked him, it's kind of a drive but worth it. He does not treat people like morons. I've been to MANY Doctors and Most of them don't listen to their patients, he does.
I like Dr. Fine very much. He is very attentive when I describe my problems and is quick to suggest ways of solving the problems in a way that is easily understood. I feel very confident in him as my doctor. I also like Dr. Fine's staff. They are all very professional with no silliness or loud joking and laughing, but vey polite and caring. Thanks to the staff for that attitude.
He cared. He was precise. Professional.
Dr. Fine and his staff are very thorough and efficient.
Great service very professional thx.
He's a great doctor an hopefully I'll be all better by the time he's done with me thanks Dr Andy fine ur the best
The clintians are amazing!
I went in with several issues to discuss and all of them were addresed.
I was needing immediate assistance with an issue I was having. Trying to find a new Dr can be very stressful. Dr.Fines team got me a same day appt. And they were all very courtious, professional and caring. I have found my new pcp! I would highly recommend this office to anyone. My problem was addressed and was made to feel very comfortable. I don't understand some of the negative reviews that have been written... Thank you to everyone who helped me!!
I have relatively complex health issues that are well controlled. Even though I was only in for a blood draw, he had me confused with someone who has high cholesterol. When I corrected him I got attitude. It could have been a bad day, we all have them. I will give this practice another try. The P.A. is actually well versed with my primary diagnosis, which is rare.
I saw Dr. Fines` physician assistant and she was very kind, through & helpful. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment while discussing my symptoms.
Great Doctor provided for a great visit.
Very professional atmosphere. Seems like busy practice but did not feel busy or that I was a number. Dr. Fine is a great doctor and I can finally say I don't hate going to the doctor. Won't find a better doctor in the area.
He wants nothing to do with you if you won't pop pills that he prescribes to you without any explanation... he will give you a diagnosis and not explain anything to you. When i asked him about the conditions i was diagnosed with, his response was "If you aren't going to take the pills i'm prescribing you (didn't tell me what they were) then I can't help you" closed his little prescription pad, and stormed out of the office. I had a different doctor in his office that was actually fantastic, can't remember her name exactly she was helpful and answered any question i had with full explanation. Andy Fine himself, is seriously only in it for the money he doesn't care about his patients at all.
Great Visit with Medical Staff and Excellent Internal Medicine MD.
He listened to my problem and proposed a solution that didn't include narcotic pills. I appreciate that he didn't just go for the quick fix.
High level of excellency in practice, integrity and character; Fantastic Doctor & Medical Staff!!
I look forward to building a relationship with this office. I had a very comfortable, informative visit.
He's a great doctor!
After being let down and denied from my previous doctor, I am happy and thankful Dr. Fine listened to me and I feel like he truly cares about his patients and will do his best to help me. Everybody in the office was great. He has a nice team.
Dr. Fine is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. No doubt he's on task and is in and out very quickly... but I like that because i can come in early and get to work on time. He also seems to be nice to his staff. That's big in my book.
Too fast to actually treat you, they like to give you prescriptions and have you come back in a month.
Dr. Fine was extremely attentive, an active listener, told ME what my complaints were with one quick look and was super quick and efficient too!!! He also caught things I wasn't there for.... HIGHLY recommend
Very professional. Very friendly. Very fast.
Very busy right before the holidays. Extremely eager to make sure my health is in order. Very focused and friendly
Crowded, rushed and extremely unfriendly. Tried to make an appt this morning and was on hold for over ten minutes. Did not feel that Dr. Fine was listening at any point during my initial exam, in and out in under ten minutes, then told me to come back for a more comprehensive session? Front desk staff was more interested in talking about their lack of days off than attending to the crowded waiting room. Going back to my previous Dr. in Littleton.
Whether you are a patient with basic care needs or a patient needing referrals to specialists, consultants or surgeons, Dr Fine and his well trained, highly professional staff immediately evaluate each patient's needs and render onsite care as quickly as possible and/or refer patients to the appropriately necessary Specislists and/or Surgrons. Whatever the need be, Dr Fine is one of the most intelligent Internist Doctors in our Metro area providing outstanding care. The customer service oriented Medical Technicians connect patients with necessary referrals to Specislists or Surgeons for more intensive testing or further Operation as required by each patient's individual needs. As a long standing patron of Dr. Fine's practice, everything has worked out smoothly, efficiently & accurately every visit with every health need. No one can go wrong here; this practice always gets things right the first time and doesn't waste patient's valuable time or insurance costs. Whatever the insurance coverage or the patient's circumstance, this is the BEST Dr. to see efficiency of close evaluation and extremely short turn around time to obtain health results at the practice or referring to the Specialist Dr. Fine will easily know whom the patient should see for continued care and much faster results. 5 STARS!
christine was so very understanding and was very informative with what is do to come. I was very pleased when I left the office. Thank You So Much. Amberlee
It was good. Just wish that dr. Fine would spend more time with me. But I do like his skills and knowledge. Maybe I have to get use to his ways. The staff is awesome. I would give them a A- maybe some more visits I'll go to an A+.
The doctor is hurried but proffesion. The PA's a great they take time to listen to you
I saw Kevin, the NP. He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend this practice.
He was very professional, and very straight forward. He had a very caring approach, while being able to explain things in a way that could easily be grasped. When he told me what may be going on, he explained the next steps and placed my mind at ease. I would highly recomend him as a doctor. Also, another good sign, his office is busy with repeat PT's there for check ups. That shows poeple like him to me.
I think they're still figuring out they're new space. Overall a decent office.
Dr. Fine is very personable. He is knowledgeable and he sees his patients right away. The while staff is friendly. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I am glad I found him and I would reccomend him to my friends ad well. You will be please with this Dr!
He was very knowledgeable and attentive. Unlike most doctors I have seen in the past. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly staff.
Visit was great! Office was nice. Wait was a little long but that's like all doctors. Highly recommended!
It was nice. He listened to my issues and helped me out
didn't do anything to help me.
My PCP is the best of the best with multiple areas of specialty. I highly recommend Dr Fine & his courteous medical staff to any range of patients as well as their diverse needs. Thank you so much to the practice of Dr Fine for being so warm & welcoming including their excellent level of knowledge and medical care. 5STARS!
Many Doctors simply ask the patient the reason for their visit; that is so frustrating because Doctors really need to be the one to know why the patients are there, what they need, and be proactive for their patients' health care. This is why I love my Doctor's Office & the Medical Staff at Dr. Fine's practice; they take care of me, they know in advance the reasons for my visit, and they closely monitor my treatmemt plan. Dr. Fine's practice is absolutely the best of the best because they truly are paying attention and carefully handle each patient's individual health plan. As I previously reiterated, my prior Doctor was never the one coming into the patient room knowing my background, my current needs, and keeping me on the right treatment plan. It was so frustrating then , but now I go to Dr. Fine's practice fully confident that the Doctor and Medical staff know me and my health care needs; this is so much more reassuring and helpful than going to my prior Doctor whom I had to constantly keep explaining my health care needs. Thank you to Dr. Fine & his medical staff for being proactive with all patients and treating each one's individual health care needs-they are much smarter and more efficient than any primary care provider I have ever been to in my life. Thanks again so very much!!
I was impressed with the questions he asked about my health. He asked thorough questions and noticed a few things that I hadnt paid attention to. He explained how my insurance works, what he would like to do and I appreciated the time he took to give an explanation.
I was processed quickly, seen quickly, and out quickly. They were shorthanded today, so I was very impressed.
After 4 years of trying to find a PCP, Dr. Fine nailed it. The office was easy to find, the staff was pleasant and Dr. Fine LISTENED! He was present when meeting the patient for the first time and listened to concerns. I am looking really forward to building a Dr.-Patient relationship with Dr. Fine. I think I'm in great hands!
While this was my first time seeing Dr. Fine I found that he is very aware. I found him pleasant , gentle with his exam and seemed concerned of my needs. I also found his MA very knowledgeable and pleasant as well as the office staff. I would recommend Dr. Fine to anyone......
This was my first visit to this office. I was pleased with the doctor, Kevin. His knowledge of my issue and professional yet casual demeanor helped to put me at ease. The office is clean and nicely furnished, and the front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to being a patient here, and encouraging my wife to head in for a check-up soon too.
Seeing the Dr and interacting with the Medical Staff is always a positive and productive experience. Dr. Fine is very knowledgableand informative, reassuring me that flu shots don't make you sick; I was always under the impression flu shots could make you sick & that is false. This is just one of the many reasons I trust and like my PCP's practice so much! 5?Stars
The girl with the long black hair was very rude and did not help me when I asked to check in. The other girl was very helpful and was very friendly. Much better than the other girl. Some kind of personal training would do that girl some good. As I was waiting she was rude to some of the other patients that needed to be seen as well.
very nice doc and staff!
It is always great to see Dr. Fine and interact with the medical staff. The efficient practice and excellent attention make each visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Fine, not only because of his diverse knowledge and expertise, but also because his staff is so courteous and helpful. Thanks to everyone there for helping maintain my treatmemt plan and overall wellness!
Very professional and caring. I recommend Andy or Richard to anyone!
Dr. Fine is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and knowledgable.
Welcoming and very professional. :-)
I love going to my appointments because I always feel so much better leaving than when I come in. Dr. Fine handles serious illnesses as so to ease the patient and render immediate and effective treatment. The staff is very courteous and proactive. I am so thankful for my Doctors care and the way the staff treats me, in such an awesome office environment. 5?Stars!
I really appreciated how personable Dr. Andy Fine. He made me feel cared about deeply.
I had a good experience and plan on keeping Dr. Fine as my primary physician. I feel that he really addressed my concerns and placed me on the correct medication.
Quick visit, got a flu shot while I was at it, and it was great. Took great care of me and even helped me figure out when I need a physical to get a discount on my health insurance for next year.
I'm so thankful for Dr. Fine PCP/FACP & staff. After years of Doctors failing to get me the help and treatment I so very much needed, he not only delivered results, he is the most professional Dr. I've ever been treated by. Not only has Dr. Fine's practice grown tremendously, the success of the office shows such high character; Dr. Fine is extremely knowledgeable and maintains excellency of care for all patients beyond standard expectations. Many thanks, Dr. Fine & Medical Staff Members.
I was treated like a person, not a problem
Dr Fine was extremely professional but also made you feel very comfortable. Questions seem to be appropriate for reason for visit and he didn't make you feel rushed as has been my experience with most dr.s layely . Highly recommend
This was my initial visit, and I am very pleased. Dr. Fine is concise and answered all my questions in detail. I look forward to working with him.
Very educated , listened to my concerns , I would recommend this doctor to anyone who really needs a primary doctor. Only thing unsatisfied was the office is a tad small and no sinks in the patient rooms . Overall I would recommend this doctor highly.
Would definately see him again.
He was thorough but efficient. There was a bit of a wait but not too bad (around 30 mins.). The office staff & Dr. Fine apologized for the wait as well. He did read through my family history prior to coming in the room as well, because he asked me some questions about it (which I appreciate). Seems very knowledgable and respectful.
Very impressed. The professional and friendlyness of all the personnel in his office was outstanding, relaxing and very comfortable to be around. Questions asked were answered with express knowledge, concern and compassion. Like this doctor and his staff very, very much.
I would absolutely recommended Dr Fine 100% . He and his staff were all very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and felt like my reason for seeing him was met completely. He also took the time to suggest a further appointment to just check on my overall health. I am so please to have met he and his wonderful staff. Thank you.. Nicole Parson
Swift. Professional. Tested the right things. Asked the right questions A real pro.
I would highly recommend Dr. Fine because he has an excellent bedside manner, provides prompt and knowledgeable patient care of diagnosis including treatment plan, a friendly as well as courteous staff in a comfortable, newly built office environment. My appointment went great and everyone made me feel good at my office visit. 5 Stars?????
Good follow up appointment. Dr Fine's new office is very nice and staff was fast, friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back!
I'm so glad I made the appointment he's great and is gonna help me get back to me thank you for helping me couldn't be more happy
DR Fine is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very appropriate with his patients, their needs, overall prognosis and treatments to provide. The DR quickly refers patients and assures their overall care and follow up care are made and followed through with. The office is very new, clean, easily accessible & his staff is courteous as well as empathetic to check patients in and out. I highly recommend DR Fine because he is a polite, no nonsense practitioner in the best interest of his patients at all times; I appreciate his concern & professionalism. Thank you.
He and his staff are polite and efficient. I did not have to wait in the clinic room at all, which is very important to me as I become more and more anxious the longer I wait. Dr. Fine seems very knowledgeable about standard internal medicine issues and responsive to my questions and requests. Also, his office is in a convenient location in the Littleton Adventist Hospital complex of medical buildings. It was very easy to get an appointment and followup appointments treat ongoing health issues. Dr. Fine has a nice no-nonsense professional demeanor, which I appreciate because I would rather have a speedy interview/exam than spend extra time chatting without purpose.
He was very helpful and understanding about my needs and even spotted some lung problems I hadn't noticed I had!
I have been a patient of Dr.Fine for a year now since I moved here from Richmond. I came to know of him after reading the reviews online, even though I had few doubts when I booked the appointment at first but after I met him and I felt confident that I made the right choice and all the good reviews on the site were true to what was great things being said about Dr.Fine. Based on my experience, Dr. Fine is a good physician, no fuss no nonsense doctor. I have never felt like he prescribes unnecessary tests just to bill the insurance and make money. I did always feel he puts the patients first. Not to mention his diagnosis helped me a lot - NPM
This was a fantastic first impression. What a kind doctor with an amazing bedside manner. He promptly explained the process and I was seen within 15 min of arriving. I am so very happy to have Dr. Fine as my new GP. :)
Overall great experience
It was a good appointment. I wouldn't say he was the nicest doctor I have ever seen but he answered my questions and addressed my issues in a very professional manner. It was a quick appointment, which was nice, and I didn't feel judged. The staff was amazing! Overall, I am happy with this doctor and look forward to my next appointment.
Dr. Fine is efficient yet thorough. His office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the integrity of the entire office.
Dr. Fine is efficient and thorough. His office staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I appreciate Dr. Fine's integrity and feel he is trustworthy.
I'm worried because the doctor didn't take my back injuries serious. I'm in alot of pain from a automobile accident, and I have to go another week in pain.
Dr. Fine is always prompt in seeing his patients. I travel extensively so I can always schedule an appointment online (and generally afterhours) for the 3 days a month I am in town and know that I can get back to work as planned. The Dr. Fine and the service are great…
Very thorough, polite and took the time to answer my questions.
I was very pleased with Dr. Fine I am happy I chose him .
He was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. I'm happy to have re-discovered him.
Very professional and attentive. Seemed knowledgeable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Will be back.
The best doctor I've ever had!
Everyone including the medical receptionists were pleasant. I was surprised. And I was seen within 15 minutes this includes paperwork. Dr.Fine was very thorough and asked me a ton of questions. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great team and understood and assessed my needs with professionalism. Very professional staff and well managed practice. thank you
My visit with Dr. Fine has been the best in my life. I've never had a Doctor that saw me right away when his office was full of patients. And the staff was great as well. I highly recommend Dr. Fine.
His front office staff is very unpleasant and rude. Because of them I will not be returning for any care.
I am very happy to have him as my new primary docter
Dr. Fine and his staff are great. I've never had any trouble getting an appointment and have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the office before being seen. Dr. Fine is thorough and always willing to answer questions and his office staff are always friendly and helpful as well.
Efficient, convenient, fast! Dr Fine was great, and Mark (PA) was personable and humorous. I went in for an annual physical and I was seen right away (both times as I had to visit twice for first time patient). Because Dr Fine's office is at a hospital, blood was drawn on another floor directly at a lab. There is a pharmacy on-site as well, very convenient. However, I do have two recommendations for his office. The front office staff is like a machine, an efficient uncaring machine. Except the gal who wraps up the paperwork, she was great. Dr Fine himself is also very efficient. I do appreciate the wait time, but when meeting a doctor for the first time, a little more of a time investment would be appreciated. I look forward to having Dr Fine as my family doctor for years to come!
I really like Dr Fine. He is very professional and it was really great to be able to make an appointment and see an actual doctor (as opposed to a nurse or PA). This is my biggest complaint with many other doctors today.
It went fine. Mark, the nurse (or PA - he did not say and was not wearing a name tag) was personable, kind and respectful. Dr. Fine was pleasant and accommodating. I am going back next week for a follow-up, so will know more then. The gal who checked me out was professional.
He was knowledgeable, competent, and very professional! No wait time and friendly office staff.
I am sorry to have to write something negative, but my last visit to this office was awful. I was rushed in and out in less than 5 minutes and given a prescription with no accompanying information. No explanation of what kind of drug it is, nothing! I realize I am a low income individual on Medicaid, but I don't think that means I have to settle for being treated like a number and shuffled in and out as if I don't matter. Mr. Fine's front office is extremely rude (just call and see for yourself!) seem to hate their jobs, and discuss patients within earshot of waiting patients. A partition or something needs to be constructed to maintain some kind of confidentiality from those waiting to be seen and those they are speaking about. I have dreaded every time I have needed to call because you are greeted with an attitude. I will be looking elsewhere for a new PCP as this is unacceptable to me and even Medicaid patients deserve a little respect.
I feel much better after going to visit Dr. Fine. Unlike most of the doctors i've visited, Dr. Fine actually talked to me like a real person and I could tell right off that he enjoys his job and working with his patients. He is very understandable and he helped me understand things from a medical point of view. He is very down to earth and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good doctor.
Personable Dr and staff. First visit. Would recommend.
Very fast, very freindly and professional
Dr. Fine is thorough, highly professional and has an excellent bedside manner. I was also very impressed by the front office staff and medical support team.
Best Dr. I've seen in years. Highly recommended
Everything was prompt, straightforward and all of my questions were answered.
I was well taken care of, by the nurse practioner and the front desk staff
It was great and I love the fact the the entire practice knows what they're doing which makes them very efficient.
I'm never leaving. I was helped quickly it was fast easy I got exactly what I needed for my condition!
My first visit was ok. It was not a very welcoming environment. I just would expect staff to be more inviting, express a little courtesy. The doctor seemed very concerned with my medical needs that day. Providing an immediate treatment he was to complete the following week. The second and final visit was unfortunately very degrading and left me untreated and made to feel as if I was seeking meds, after stating several times I was not needing meds, rather a complete look at my medical needs. He never completed the procedure he insisted I get the first visit. My hands have no feeling and 3rd degree burns. The first time I have had relief and now I'm back to square one. Let me tell you something...I did not ask for a TBI, a coma for 2 months, diabetes, or complete loss of hearing. If you say your office accepts a certain insurance you should honor that. I am disgusted and sick that I have wasted yet another month trying to find a provider. I'm sorry my insurance does not provide you with enough for you to feel that it is acceptable to treat me with such disrespect.
He does not have a very good bedside manner. I was very uncomfortable but his staff was wonderful. Still pondering if I will return.
Andy had gone home for the day so I was treated with Adam. Excellent professional. Follow up appointment with Dr. Andy Fine. Looking forward to it.
He was fast, professional, and to the point.
It was a difficult appt. Many health issues and very overwhelming to Dr Fine. He handled it professionally. Looking forwars to excellent care.
I needed a new primary doc and Dr. Fine fits the bill perfectly. I didn't feel rushed in conversation with him, but we didn't spend too much time either. He listened to all the stuff going on that might have an impact on my overall health and well-being. He offered some suggestions, but I didn't feel like I was being brow-beaten, like some docs. I consider him a business partner, much like I would someone who helps me with other areas of my life. Very pleased with results of the past two visits.
He was great!
I like him a lot he is an excellent position gets right to the issues takes action right away SpotOn in his treatment
I was thoroughly impressed with my two visits with Dr. Fine! His staff is very considerate and kind, and not to mention the quickness that they were able to get me in and out of there. Dr. Fine is a great MD, he is extremely concerned for my medical health and and is personable at the same time. If your seeking a doctor who is going to take care of you and give you the medical attention you need then I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Fine!
I was extremely impressed with the staff. They were professional and friendly. It appeared they were a well organized group. Very punctual and yet, able to still make you feel you were significant to their practice. This type of interaction is rare in today's medical offices. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Fine.
Very good listen to what going on very efficient
Great! Keep up the amazing work.
Today was my 1st appointment with Dr. Fine M.D. and it went very well. I was impressed all the way around with Dr. Fine, his staff and the efficiency of his Practice. I arrived 10 minutes early and was a little nervous when I saw 4-5 people in the waiting area but I was in a Medical Room 3 Minutes before my 1130 appointment time which was really nice. I completed the paperwork on Zocdoc and to my surprise they had all my information and didn't need to waste time on writing it again. The MA took my vitals, weighed me and went over my Medical History and then Dr. Fine can in minutes later. We not only talked about everything I put in Zocdoc but he acted on everything right then and there. All in all I would recommend Dr. Fine’s practice to anyone and everyone. Dr. Fine really does care about his patients and is very genuine.
Even though his office was very busy they were well organized, very supportive and attentive. I look forward to seeing how my next visit goes!
Always enjoy my visit to Dr. Fine's office. Excellent staff and excellent services.
Even though his office is very busy I felt Andy got to the point and focused on what I needed out of the appointment. The waiting area could be bigger, not much seating.
It felt great to walk in and get greeted by name, it like in part of the family. I was seen right away and the intern was very helpful as always
Dr. Fine on a booked day got me into the check-up room in less 30 minutes. He was efficient & kind, as well as the staff :) I would reccommend Dr. Fine to anyone on medicaid, or on any other insurance plan
The best thing about my visit with Dr Fine was the wait time. I got to the back to see him 10 minutes before my appointment was scheduled. I was never waited for a test for longer than 5 minutes. Dr Fine was very professional and answered all my health questions. He actually listened to what I had to say about my health and took my concerns seriously, which cannot be said for many doctors that I have seen. The only negative thing I would say about my visit is that the office is a little cramped and some of the equipment they use is slightly out of date. Other than that my visit was excellent and I will continue to see Dr Fine in the future.
Very positive experience, with extremely nice staff. I was very impressed there was hardly any wait time.
My visit was very fast and thorough. He also filled out a report that I needed and did that fast and accurate.
Friendly staff. The Dr. seemed to care about why I was there and wanted to help.
Very good experience.. iwas in and out and back to work quickly. Both him and his staff were very nice and profesional..
My visit with Dr Fine was wonderful. I was in and out within an hour which is almost unheard of for me. Dr. Fine was very professional and friendly. I moved to Denver from South Dakota and have been having trouble trying to find a doctor. I got in to see Dr Fine within the week and he accepted my insurance, which is not widely accepted in Denver. I will definitely keep seeing Dr. Fine.
Dr, Fine and his staff are terrific. I am grateful to have found them. I plan to be a long term patient.
Dr. Fine seems to be proactive about healthcare.
Informative and quick
He was quick, efficient, and thorough. I am a nurse and continue to see him as my PCP because he is the best PCP I have met in the last few years. His office staff tries to help whenever they can and his P.A. will see me whenever he is unavailable.
I was very happy with him and the medical staff. They are very friendly and personable. They treated me with care and Dr. Fine was very nice and made me feel very comfortable.
It was fine the only recommendation would be take a little more time with each patient. Even if that meant fewer appointments
Visit went rather smooth. Paper work went through easily enough, doctor was professional and straight to my problems. A little more social talk with patients could improve trust/comfort of visit however it's understandable that he is a busy doctor and he did make a little effort in small talk. Otherwise, everything went ok and also made sure to check/schedule for any past due check ups that needed to be done which is something all doctors should do.
Very professional - I would recommend Dr. Fine to anyone that is looking for a Dr. that is current.
He's awesome. Runs all test before just diagnosing. Very honest about what is wrong and what treatment you need. I never have to wait, he always has me in by my appointment time, and does not waist time.
I appreciate and respect his strong views on scheduled medication distribution and wish more doctors would be so firm in their discrimination with who they are willing to prescribe for, how much and why. He was efficient and fast considering how many new patients he had that day.
He came recommended from a friend who liked him and he was prompt and professional. The room was super-crowded when I first got there but the office handled it very well and were very efficient. In the middle of everything saw phones being picked up on the first ring and still being talked to like they were people! He didn't make me feel rushed and listened to me.
Even though the office was busy, Dr Fine seemed thorough and didn't rush while he was examining me. I was seen in a timely manner and able to leave feeling confident that I was taken care of.
Very professional. Listened to my concerns. I believe Dr. Fine is current in the rapidly changing medical field. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dr. who honors medicare.
I cannot describe in words how horrible my initial visit with this doctor was. Everything that could have been unpleasant, WAS unpleasant. Will never go back.
Very prompt, professional. Up to date about my particular health issues, thorough, and focused on assuring I receive quality care. Addressed all issues, quick follow-up appointments. His staff is also professional and friendly. I was comfortable and pleased with the visit.
It's been difficult for me to find a PCP/Family Practice Doctor who accepts Medicaid and is close to my home. I was pleased and would recommend Dr. Fine to others.
This was the most unprofessional office I have ever seen. I saw the Doctor for literally 2 minutes, he listened to my breathing, and told me there was nothing he could do for me besides give me a cough medicine. My temperature was not even taken! When have you EVER gone to a doctors office and they don't take your temperature when you come in very sick, hacking up a lung!! This is the second time I have seen this doctor and felt the same way both times. I will never be going back to this office again.
I greatly appreciated the excellent professionalism Doctor Fine extended to me at my first visit. I feel very confident in his ability to treat me for any complication I might have in the future.
I set up the appointment as an annual physical. The nurse checked my blood pressure and gave me an EKG. Dr. Fine spoke with me for a few minutes and then told me that I'd have to come back at another time for the physical! Why two visits? I found the office space hot, cramped, stained carpet ... not pleasant.
Regretfully the doctor did not seem to listen to what I had to say. Customer service is not taught in med school but listening to your patients concerns?
I have been a patient of Dr Fine's for more than ten years, and I have not once thought of switching to a different primary care physician. I am not exactly the easiest patient to deal with, but Dr Fine has always taken that in stride. He is efficient in his care, but not once have I ever felt that the expediency bordered on neglect, or as if he was rushing me out of the office. The office is run extremely well, and there have been numerous occasions when he fit me into an appointment on short notice because he understands that, at times, illness gives you very short notice. The most important thing to me, however, is that Dr Fine has always done what I perceive to be his best to either keep my health in order, or effectively treat any illness that has come up. I do believe he genuinely cares for the health and well being of his patients, a trait of his that has been shown to me consistently in the many years I have been his patient. I would unflinchingly recommend him to any of my family or friends knowing they would be in good hands.
My first visit with Dr. Fine. He was thorough and professional. Office staff were all friendly and helpful.
Professional and accurate
He is a great doctor!
I love this doctor!
Dr. Fine is a professional and took only a minute to diagnose my son and I. We literally were seen by him with no wait time in a same day appointment. It is not very often that you can find an excellent doctor that is efficient and courteous like Dr. Fine! I highly recommend him as a primary care provider.
Love this doctor! I'm in and out just like that. Every time I go see him he knows right away what's wrong and does what he can to fix it and sends me on my way.
very friendly and answered all my question with easy to understand answers.. Office staff was very friendly and his m.a. was also grest.
Dr. Fine was very nice and listened to my concerns.
fast and professional.
First impressions are important. The front desk is the worst I've seen at any business or any office in long time. First they were bad over the phone by not even knowing where they were located and sent me somewhere else, causing me to be late for the appointment. They look and act like they're sleep walking, they have no skills on how to be personable whatsoever. This does not help me feel excited about the doc appointment I'm waiting for. Doc didn't even know what I was there for after filling out FOUR pages of notes on why I was there. It took him a grand total of maybe 5 minutes to tell me we needed more tests, and prescribed me a steroid. He was short, I didn't feel like he knew what was going on. Won't be back.
he was very professional and is taking the time to over all my info before making any decisions
Dr. Fine answered my questions. I appreciate his thorouness and his pro-active attitude.
He is awesome, going to bring him two more new patients tomorrow.
A nice doc is hard to find...he's one of them.
I saw Dr. Fine for a 'new patient' meet and greet. I thought he was fine and he covered all of the required topics. It did seem like he was a bit distracted and I would have appreciated him taking a little more time to get to know me and my background a little more.
It was great.
My new primary doctor! Felt extremely comfortable and got the treatments I needed!
I just love how quick and fast my visit was. I was in and out in no time!
He was excellent, we were apprehensive as I have never used a physician found on the internet but we were VERY pleasantly surprised and felt lucky. Loved his sense of humor and would recommend him to anyone!
I liked him alot. He was very professional and informative. He is very matter of fact , and gives it to you straight. Having said that he also makes sure to listen, and he runs actual test before just diagnosing something and giving you a pill.
I thought he was a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and personable. I was kind of thrown off my the staff, I just didn't anticipate them to be so young but the doctor was great.
Professional and efficient. Got in same day and got the treatment I needed quickly.
It was geat very friendly staff and efficient. Dr. Fine was very thorough and I will see him again in two weeks for a physical and to get me back on track with my prescriptions. I was very leased with my first visit.
Dr. Fine is very professional and knowledgeable! I was in and out of his office very quickly... I definitely recommend him to anyone!
He was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The office and exam room were clean and neat. And the front desk assistants got the number to the surgeon I was referred to right away and checked me out in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my visit.
Dr was too rushed
First visit but overall was pleased. I was seen shortly after arriving and before my appointment time and was not subjected to lengthy waits for the Dr. after being brought in. Will have a better opinion based on results and follow up visit in 2 weeks.
I thought the office was a little strange being in the basement, very simple but didn't feel like an office at all, the front desk area was a mess, the trash can in the exam room looked very old- the assistant had to use his hand to lift the lid and that did not make a good impression on me at all. The doctor was ok, but not super friendly. The office manager was very professional. I also found it odd that the physician assistant wore a sweatjacket in the exam room, no scrubs or lab coat.
very comforted by his concern for my health, The office people and nurse were very friendly. I knew right away that I had found my doctor!
Very well better than expected.
Friendly staff and efficient service
It was really good! I was kind of worried at first because of it being a medicaid doctors office and i haven't seen many good reviews about them. but wow he was so caring and listened to everything i had to say. he's a good guy! :)
He seems like a good Doc, however I was bothered by several things. First of all he didn't use gloves during skin to skin contact. Also, they seemed overly concerned with pushing the flu shots. In general, the attitude of the office was negative and not pleasant.
Dr. Fine spend only two to three minute with me. Most of the my previous doctor spend more than half an hour
This was the worst dr.s office I have evr been to. The doctor is rude and does not seem to care about your health at all!
Both Dr. Find and his staff were friendly, professional and made me feel as if I had been a patient for years, I highly recommend everything about the staff and Dr. Fine.
I was not happy with Dr. Andy Fine. I will not go back to this doctor for any of my concerns. He was just not the doctor for me and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know.
Both staff and doctor were awesome. Almost no wait time and super friendly staff.
Dr Fine has been my doctor since I moved here and has been wonderful ever since then. He practices good medicine and always has the time to help me understand what may be going on with my health. He is caring and an attentive listener. Far better than my previous doctors, he gets my highest recommendation. Additionally, his staff are friendly and the office is warm and inviting.
Great office and doctor. The doctor spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions and now I feel a lot better.I will definitely be returning and telling friends and family. Not at all like the impersonal large practices you see these days.
He was fantastic and I've even recommended him to my husband.
Several great things about my office experience: 1. you talk to a real person every time you call--no phone trees 2. Dr. Fine and his staff are very warm, friendly, and consistently reliable and accurate 3. excellent bedside manner, talks to me like I'm a person, not just a set of symptoms. Asks if the plan going forward is ok with me.Like that shared decision making!
Great experience with Dr. Fine's office. He is very nice. I observed how courteous he and his office are to other patients.Patients in the waiting room I met have seen him for years and swear by him.
Dr. Fine was surprizing cordial and polite
I like that Dr. Fine is straightforeward and doesn't waste time. He is friendly, but in a quiet way. Good choice for no-frills experience and to-the-point professional.
The doctor was fine. Very brief, everything was mostly done by someone else. I found I was most uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness and sterility of the office, lavatory area, and where they chose to do immunization shots (right next to the receptionist desk while standing up, not in the room). I have never been to an office with such little privacy.
He's very straightforward and no nonsense - I like it.
He was really great! He cared about me and prescribed medications fit for my need,.....and he didn't throw a bunch of narcodics my way...instead he went a little bit toward the natural way :-)
