Dr. Moore had an excellent bedside manner & he came across as very energetic, sympathetic, relatable & informative. I will definitely see him again. My only complaint is the wait time; seems the office is a bit disorganized & understaffed which I hope will change for the better in the coming new year.

Dr. Andy Moore is a dedicated family physician and primary care doctor. He attended Morgan State University, where he obtained his bachelor's degree. He then pursued his medical degree from the American College of Antigua College of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at South Shore University Hospital.

Dr Moore was AWESOME. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, many of which were before I even needed to ask. Explained everything at a lamen's level, for me. Very funny, and caring. I think I've found my PCP!
Also, shout-out to the nurse. I've done any number of blood draws before. Some better than others, but i literally did not feel a prick at all. Kudos!

Words can NEVER express my gratitude for Dr. Andy Moore. He's my FOREVER Doctor. It took me 10 years to find a doctor I can truly TRUST! He's AWESOME! He listens, take notes and make you feel like a person and NOT a patient. This is my 3rd visit with Dr. Moore and each visit I feel like a new person leaving. I think God every visit that I found a doctor that looks like me, understands me and not afraid to talk to me. Dr. Moore has literally changed my LIFE and my aspect on how I feel about doctors in the 21st century. However, there is one thing his office can work on and that is customer service (Hispanic lady) it's not bad service it's just not great service. when I made the appointment I mentioned I was coming in due to a cough. When I got there they sent me away because of a cough so I had to sit in my car and do a virtual visit. A great office would have caught that and called me and saved me a 30 min ride to inform me I would have to do a virtual visit.

Dr. Moore was very personable and very knowledgeable! He listened extremely well and explained what he thought was the cause of my ailments and how/why he came to those conclusions. He went into detail unlike any other physician I have interacted with in the past. He even drew diagrams to help explain certain details to give a visual of the problem as well. He said that it helps (and is important) that the patient knows what’s going on rather than just being told to, “listen to the doctors orders” which I very much appreciated. Very happy to have found him, will return!

Dr. Andy Moore is THE best! I am so grateful I finally found a primary care physician who listens, empathizes, and expertly advises. His energy is fantastic; I liked him right away. He is down-to-earth, relatable, patient, and genuinely cares about finding solutions for his patients' concerns. He listens! I cannot emphasize this enough: Dr. Moore listens! He is also a man of his word. Dr. Moore researched a specific referral option for me the same evening, called me to follow up on his proposed solutions, and had my prescriptions filled within less than 30 minutes. Dr. Moore had worked over 12 hours that day and still followed through with everything he said he would. Moreover, I have been feeling so much better. He knows his stuff! Dr. Moore is also extremely patient, and never once did I or any of his other patients I encountered feel rushed. I am so grateful he's in Ashburn and so relieved that he's my doctor. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Andy Moore is a great doctor and communicator who listened to all of my health needs. He spent a lot of time educating me and creating a care plan. I was not rushed and cannot say the same for the last few doctors that I've visited in the past. I really loved the service I received and will continue to see him as my Primary Care doctor.

Besides the wait time, which is predicted, the overall experience was great. Dr. Moore was personable and he listened. Any questions I may have had, he was able to answer with sufficient detail. The nurse that did my blood work, so sorry I don’t remember her name, was great as well. Very friendly!!! I look forward to my next visit!
