This doctor did not provide medical assistance. Before learning the extent or specifications of the problem, he asked me what I ate and diagnosed my mental health issue as one stemming from poor diet (which is very untrue because I mostly eat a plant-based diet with very few carbs and sugar). I tried to insist on other treatment plans and he begrudgingly gave me medicine (I had to tell him which medicine). Next door, I could also hear him speaking to another patient about food. Surely, diet cannot be the solution to everything!

Dr. Phung is nutrition/lifestyle oriented, as opposed to the typical doctor who throws a pill at everything. It takes some effort to make the necessary changes, but it's well worth it. Go see Dr. Phung if you want to get off some of those pills and start feeling great.
