Before I arrived I did receive email reminders to fill out forms to make it quicker to be seen. When I arrived to the office it was clean and friendly staff. I filled out the rest of the new patient forms and that was basic info that was needed, so simple and quick. Didn't wait to long to be placed in the room to be seen. It did take a little time to get started on the exam but for reasonable reasons. Not a crazy amount of time either. Angela Akonye, MD was very kind and understanding to all my concerns. She heard me out and actually wants to get to the bottom of my concerns with answers. The exam also went well. She was gentle and quick. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I appreciate being heard and seen by great staff and MD. Finally! Highly recommend!!
