The only issue I ran into was I arrived too early and their program they use for precheck didn’t like my insurance card. Otherwise she’s a wonderful gynecologist.

Good experience at this office. I arrived to the address ZocDoc gave me and they had recently moved into a different office in the building next door, not a problem. They did not have a working water dispenser unfortunately, but the rest of my appointment went smoothly.

First timer here and cannot say enough good things about this practice & its workers! Cute & quaint little office. Girls at the front were extremely sweet & personable. The nurse who drew my blood was very gentle & kind. Dr. Brannen was very sweet, very thorough, listened, took time to ask me questions regarding my medical concern and background since I was a patient. Did more in my one appointment to figure out a health concern that I have than any other OB has. Very pleased with my visit and the staff here & highly recommend them to all!

The staff/nurses were all so incredibly friendly and professional. I was seen without any wait, and everyone I spoke with took my concerns seriously. I am sure the doctor had lots of appointments that day, but she never made the appointment feel rushed, and I could tell she was actively listening to all of my concerns, and she communicated everything she was doing during the exam, which was so reassuring. I am switching to her from now on and cannot recommend her enough!

She is a wonderful doctor, carefully explains the concerns, really good bedside manner. We are expecting parents and we were incredibly comfortable with her handling the delivery of our child. We drive 2 hours to go see her specifically. Highly recommended.

I have been in the military system for years and it was actually nice to go in and out of appointment without all the bureaucracy. I was treated more than just a number. I am a RN and the office was clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and professional. My provider explained clearly what was needed . I was provided excellent care.

Everyone was super friendly and professional! They did all the tests and checkups with ease, I felt no discomfort or pain at all. They are happy to answer questions and make sure you know exactly what is happening!

Forgot to give me samples of a medication I was supposed to try and then went into a meeting. Was told by the front desk that she was in an important meeting and wasn’t sure they could interrupt. Felt very UNimportant. Said that I had something going on that wasn’t either checked for or given follow up about. Phlebotomist couldn’t get my blood and I had a referral to be seen elsewhere for the blood. My lungs were assessed and of course a female exam but nothing else. Was not asked who my previous gynecologist doc was so they could obtain records. Won’t be going back.
