Angela and her assistant were great. The receptionists, however, need a course in professionalism. They are employed by the hospital group, however, not Angela herself. The receptionists wouldn't go out of their way to do their job. They were cursing and speaking poorly of their office manager. A patient came in with a question, and as soon as she left, the three receptionist started talking poorly about the patient. This was all at my first appointment before I was even seen and in the presence of several patients. If it hadn't been for Angela's and her assistant's professionalism, I never would have gone back.

My husbands doctor left the area and he was left without a PCP when he needed to be seen. Angela was quick to get an appointment with and was very thorough. She explained everything to my husband and made him feel very comfortable.
