“My experience with Rezilient Health has been amazing! When I went into a Cloud Clinic for my initial appointment, my direct contact (Teah), was waiting for me in the lobby to meet me in person. She took me back to the exam room immediately and introduced me to the nurse who was there to help me. Once the nurse took some of my vitals, he turned on the TV screen and introduced me to my doctor (Dr. Hsu), who was going to conduct the exam virtually! The entire appointment was very thorough and very high tech! During the appointment Dr. Hsu gave me his cell phone number and said I could text or call if I ever needed anything. About a month later, I came down with a stomach bug. I texted him to see if there was anything he could do, and he responded within a few minutes asking about my symptoms and then sent a prescription into the pharmacy for me to pick up. It is the easiest, most convenient way I have ever dealt with my health care! HIGHLY recommend this process to everyone! ”
